ARTIS cantik Tya Ariesta punya pilihan dalam pembentukan tubuhnya. Bintang FTV ini memilih olahraga Taekwondo dalam membentuk karakter mental dan keindahan bodinya. Meski sudah mundur sebagai atlet, kecintaan Tya akan olahraga bela diri asal Korea itu tak pernah pudar.

Buktinya, di sela kesibukannya menjalani syuting, finalis Gadis Sampul 2001 ini tetap menyempatkan diri berlatih taekwondo. Malah di bulan Ramadan ini, ia juga tetap berlatih.

“Saya pilih-pilih dulu waktunya, jika agak longer latihan seminggu sekali. Tapi kalau lagi padat, sebulan sekali. Pokoknya tetap harus bergerak badan ini,” katanya.

Satu kali latihan, diakui Tya, bisa menghabiskan waktu berjam-jam lamanya.  Tapi dengan ketentuan, tidak harus yang berat. Latihan fisik secukupnya saja.

“Biasanya setiap latihan bisa dua sampai tiga jam gitu, tapi bisa juga kurang. Dengan latihan membuat tubuh saya menjadi bugar,” terangnya.

THE beautiful artist Tya Ariesta has a choice in developing her body. This FTV star has chosen for sports the martial art of Taekwondo for developing her mental character and beauty of her body. Although she has withdrew from being an athlete, Tya’s love for the self defense sport of Taekwondo has never dwindled.    

Evidently, between her busy shooting schedule, this finalist of Cover Girl (Gadis Sampul) 2001, regularly reserves time to train in Taekwondo. Also during Ramadan, she keeps training.
  
“I select the time first, if my schedule is not full, I can train once a week. But if my schedule is full, I train only once a month. The important thing is that I always have to exercise my body,” she said.  

Each training, Tya admitted, can last hours. Providing that, you do not have to do heavy exercises. Just enough exercise would suffice.    

“Normally, each training can last two to three hours, but it can be light. By training my body becomes fit,” she explained.
