Jakarta (B2B) - Ruang rapat SPI di lantai dua Gedung B Inspektorat Jenderal, Senin pagi (2/7) di Ragunan, Jakarta Selatan, penuh sesak karena dipadati hampir 100 personel terkait dari 10 unit eselon satu Kementerian Pertanian RI, dipimpin oleh Inspektur Jenderal, Justan Siahaan, membahas rencana tindak lanjut (TL) hasil pengawasan Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK RI) 2017.
Rapat TL Itjentan tersebut untuk melaksanakan instruksi Menteri Pertanian Andi Amran Sulaiman pada awal Juni (6/6) untuk menuntaskan aset tetap Kementan dalam satu bulan, sehingga tidak muncul lagi di Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Pusat (LKPP) Kementan untuk 2018 dari pemeriksaan BPK RI demi mempertahankan capaian Opini ´Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian´ (WTP) Kementan dari BPK RI untuk 2016 dan 2017.
"Itjentan akan maksimal mendukung unit eselon satu dalam penyelesaian temuan BPK, dan masing-masing unit eselon satu yang menentukan hasil akhirnya," kata Justan Siahaan didampingi Inspektur I Susanto MM.
Rapat teknis dan koordinasi berlangsung maraton sejak akhir Ramadan hingga cuti bersama Lebaran 2018 oleh internal Itjentan di bawah kendali Irjentan dan Sekretaris Itjentan, Suprojo Wibowo didukung kelima inspektur utama di Itjentan.
Rakor merupakan tindak lanjut kegiatan serupa dengan seluruh unit eselon satu pada Selasa pekan lalu (26/6) yang dipimpin oleh Sekretaris Itjentan, Suprojo Wibowo, dengan membentuk tim khusus, yang terdiri atas auditor dari setiap inspektorat di Itjentan, untuk memantau dan berjibaku dengan unit eselon satu Kementan terhadap aset tetap Kementan, yang terkatung-katung sejak 2004.
Menurut Suprojo, masalah aset tetap Kementan yang masih belum tuntas sejak 2004, sebagian besar merupakan aset-aset yang telah berpindah tangan ke pihak lain, namun belum terbukukan sesuai ketentuan akuntansi pemerintah yang menjadi acuan BPK.
Sementara aset lain yang perlu ditindaklanjuti, Suprojo Wibowo menginstruksikan setiap inspektur untuk mendampingi unit eselon satu Kementan melakukan audit, review dan uji kebenaran.

Inspectorate General of the Indonesian Agriculture Ministry or Itjentan was responsive to the instruction of Minister Andi Amran Sulaiman in early June (June 6) to complete the ministry´s fixed asset in one month, so it´s no longer in the Central Government Financial Statements for 2018 from audit of the Supreme Audit Board or the BPK report stated with Reasonable Opinion without the Exception or WTP for 2016 and 2017.
"We will support the first echelon unit to finalize the findings of BPK, and each of the first echelon units determines the final outcome," said Mr Siahaan accompanied by Inspector I, Susanto MM.

The Secretary of ministry´s Inspector General Suprodjo Wibowo leads a coordination meeting with all first echelon finance officials then formed a special team, supported by auditors to work hard with the first echelon units of fixed assets hanging around since 2004.
He said the ministry´s fixed assets have not been completed since 2004, most of which are assets that move hands over to others, but has not been listed in accordance with the government accounting requirements set by the BPK.
While other assets need to be followed up, Mr Wibowo instructs each inspectorate to accompany the audit activities, review and test of truth.
