Jakarta (B2B) - Banyaknya pengguna Kartu Jakarta Sehat (KJS) berobat ke Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat, dimanfaatkan sejumlah oknum tak bertanggung jawab dengan menjadi calo nomor antrean berobat. Kartu antrian yang seharusnya diberikan gratis itu dijual hingga Rp30 ribu.

“Pagi hari biasanya sudah ada calo nomor antrean yang suka menawarkan nomor muda (kecil). Jadi kita nggak usah antre lama, harganya biasa mereka tawarkan Rp 20 ribu sampai 30 ribu,” ujar Suryati Taher (46), warga Cengkarengbarat, Selasa (18/12).

Beredarnya calo nomor antrean itu menurut Suryati, jelas merugikan pasien lain yang sudah lelah antre. Ditambah lagi, pasien yang berobat ke RSUD notabene warga miskin. “Uang Rp 20 ribu kan nggak kecil, calo jelas merugikan. Entah mereka dapat dari mana nomor antreannya?” tanyanya heran.

Terkait hal itu, Kepala Pelayanan Medis RSUD Cengkareng, Budiman, menyangkal adanya praktik calo nomor antrean pasien KJS. Menurutnya, karena diprediksi pasien yang berobat akan membludak, pihaknya telah melakukan pengawasan khusus untuk pendaftaran di sana.

“Nggak mungkin bisa ada calo, itu hanya isu saja. KJS itu kan tidak bisa diwakili. Sejauh ini belum ada laporan, buat apa ditindaklanjuti,” kata Budiman.

Ia menjelaskan, sistem pelayanan nomor antrean pasien KJS sudah cukup ketat. Bahkan, pihaknya memberikan amanat khusus kepada tiga petugas penerima berkas pengobatan pasien KJS. Saat pengambilan nomor di kasir selalu diawasi satu orang pengawas, security dan seorang supervisor controlling.

Budiman mengancam jika memang benar ada praktik calo, pihaknya tak segan menindak tegas. "Kalau sampai ada, kita akan langsung ciduk pelakunya,” tegas Budiman.
