Jakarta (B2B) - Menteri Dalam Negeri, Gamawan Fauzi kali ini menjadi ´sasaran tembak´ M Nazaruddin yang menyatakan mantan Gubernur Sumatera Barat tersebut menerima fee (suap) dari proyek pengadaan kartu tanda penduduk elektronik (e-KTP).
Mantan Bendahara Umum Partai Demokrat, M Nazaruddin menyatakan fee tersebut ada yang diterima Mendagri melalui transfer langsung, melalui sekretaris jenderalnya, serta lewat pejabat kementerian lain. Tak cuma itu, adik Gamawan Fauzi juga turut menerima fee dari proyek e-KTP.
"Ada yang diterima ditransfer, ada yang ke sekjennya, ada yang ke PPK (pejabat pembuat komitmen)-nya, semua dijelaskan secara detail," ujar Nazaruddin di Gedung Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi, Kamis (29/8).
Namun, Nazaruddin tidak menyebut nilai fee yang diterima Mendagri dan adiknya tersebut. Nazaruddin mengaku telah menyampaikan kepada penyidik KPK informasi mengenai proyek e-KTP ini. Dia mengatakan, proyek e-KTP tersebut secara penuh dikendalikan Anas dan Setya Novanto.
"Saya bilang yang mengendalikan full e-KTP adalah namanya Novanto. Sama Anas," ujar Nazaruddin.
Sementara itu, Nazaruddin menjadi pelaksana di lapangan bersama Andi Saptinus. Kemudian, menurut Nazaruddin, ada keterlibatan pimpinan Komisi II DPR dalam proyek ini. Namun, Nazaruddin enggan menyebut lagi nama anggota DPR yang menurutnya terlibat itu. Dia meminta wartawan menanyakannya langsung kepada KPK.
"Proyek e-KTP Mendagri terima berapa, nanti biar KPK jelaskan uang mengalir terima berapa, adiknya yang terima, transfer di mana," sambung Nazaruddin.
"Jadi kalau Pak Mendagri bilang ngaco, biar terbukti sendiri seperti Anas," kata Nazaruddin lagi.
Adapun laporan mengenai penyimpangan proyek e-KTP ini pernah diterima KPK dari masyarakat. KPK kini mengumpulkan bahan dan keterangan terkait proyek senilai Rp 5,8 triliun tersebut.

However, Nazaruddin did not mention the value of the fee received by the minister and his brother. Nazaruddin claimed to have submitted to KPK investigators information about the e-ID project. He said the e-ID card project is fully controlled Anas Urbaningrum, and Setya Novanto.
"I said the full control of the e-ID card, his name Novanto. Together with Anas Urbaningrum," Nazaruddin said.
Meanwhile, Nazaruddin claimed to be a field executive with Andi Saptinus. Then, according to Nazaruddin, there was involvement of the leadership of the House of Representatives Commission II of the project. However, Nazaruddin reluctant to mention the name of members of the House in question. He asked reporters to ask directly to the KPK.
"In the e-ID card project was minister received the fee amount how much, later let the KPK that explain how much money received, his brother who received the fee," said Nazaruddin.
"So if the minister said digress, let the prove itself as Anas," said Nazaruddin.
The reports of irregularities e-KTP project was ever accepted the KPK based on the report public. The KPK is now collecting materials and information related to projects worth Rp 5.8 trillion.
