Agen menangani penjualan rumah mengatakan properti adalah rumah terkecil yang pernah masuk dalam catatan pemasarannya, seperti dilansir MailOnline.

It was built 15 years ago and has an open plan reception, kitchen, en suite bathroom and balcony – but no garden.
The property may not be attractive to Tottenham Hotspur fans – it is close to the ground of Arsenal Football Club.
The agent handling the sale said the property was the smallest freehold house he has ever had on his books.
