Kebumen, Jateng (B2B) - Komando Distrik Militer (Kodim) di Kabupaten Kebumen, Kodim 0709/Kebumen mengerahkan 26 Koramil di tingkat kecamatan, untuk mendirikan pos komando (Posko) di sentra produksi padi demi mendukung percepatan capaian target luas tanbah tanam (LTT) seperti halnya Posko Percepatan LTT di Desa Tunggal Roso, Kecamatan Prembun sejak akhir pekan lalu.
"Kami sudah memerintahkan para komandan Koramil, Danramil untuk membuat Posko di wilayah masing-masing agar percepatan target LTT dapat dilaksanakan serempak," kata perwira seksi teritorial (Pasiter) Kodim 0709/Kebumen, Kapten Inf Catur Teguh Widodo katanya di Kebumen, belum lama ini.
Penanggung Jawab Upsus Pajale Kebumen, Ali Rachman mengatakan Posko LTT Kebumen didirikan sebagai pusat koordinasi lapangan untuk percepatan pencapaian target LTT padi di Kebumen.
"Posko menjadi pusat koordinasi tingkat kecamatan antarinstansi yang terlibat dapat langsung mendorong petani melakukan olah tanah, sebar benih, dan menanam padi," kata Ali Rachman, yang juga menjabat Ketua Sekolah Tinggi Penyuluhan Pertanian - STPP Yogyakarta, belum lama ini.
Kepala Dinas Tanaman Pangan Kebumen, Pudjirahaju mengatakan keberadaan Posko mendorong petani dapat memahami bahwa tanam serempak lebih awal lebih baik, karena pada musim selanjutnya seperti musim tanam ketiga atau MT3, tanaman palawija dapat ditanam lebih awal dan panen pun lebih awal sehingga mengurangi risiko gagal panen.
Ali Rachman menambahkan, hasil pemantauan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa percepatan LTT padi terkait empat hal yakni kesiapan bibit padi untuk ditanam, ketersediaan traktor dan operator untuk mengolah lahan, ketersediaan air dan ketersediaan regu tanam.
"Empat hal tersebut harus saling mendukung supaya dapat dilaksanakan percepatan tanam padi. Posko percepatan LTT memiliki tugas untuk memastikan sinergitas empat komponen tersebut. Apabila ada kendala, Posko harus mendukung penyelesaian secepat mungkin," katanya.

Rachman said Kebumen post command was established as a coordination center of the field to accelerate the achievement of LTT rice targets in Kebumen.
The command post became the coordination center of the sub-district level so as to encourage farmers to cultivate the soil, seedlings, and plant rice," said Mr Rachman who also served as the Rector of Yogyakarta's Agriculture Extention College.
Head of the Kebumen Agriculture Office, Pudjirahaju said the command post to encourage farmers to understand that planting in unison early is better, because in the next season such as the third planting season or MT3, palawija crops can be planted early and harvest early so as to reduce the risk of crop failure.
Mr Rachman said the monitoring results in the field show that LTT acceleration is related to four things: the readiness of rice seedlings to be planted, the availability of tractors and operators to cultivate the land, and the availability of water.
Four things must be mutually supportive so that the acceleration of rice cultivation can be carried out.The LTT acceleration command post has the task to ensure the synergy of the four components.
