Rare Colour Photos Show the Rise and Fall of Hitler`s Feared Luftwaffe
SKUADRON tempur ini merupakan angkatan udara paling canggih dan berteknologi maju di dunia pada masanya - dan foto-foto langka ini mengungkap kekuatan Luftwaffe Jerman saat di puncak kekuatan.
Enam pesawat pembom Stuka diperlihatkan kembali dalam formasi pertempuran udara, dua pesawat bomber Messerschmitt di atas Sisilia, Italy dan formasi patroli tempur Focke-Wulf di Front Timur.
Ini hanyalah sebagian dari 400 foto yang disusun dalam sebuah buku untuk yang mendokumentasikan naik turunnya Luftwaffe sejak didirikan pada 1935 hingga dibubarkan setelah Nazi dan Hitler menyerah pada akhir Perang Dunia Kedua seperti dilansir MailOnline.

Six Stuka dive-bombers are shown returning to base in formation following a raid, two Messerschmitt heavy fighters bank in the skies above Sicily and a formation of Focke-Wulf fighters patrol over the Eastern Front.
These are just some of the 400 pictures brought together for a new book which documents the rise and fall of the Luftwaffe from its founding in 1935 until it was disbanded after the Nazis surrendered at the end of the Second World War. (Pictures of MailOnline)
