Arsenal terjegal tuan rumah yang menempati posisi 12 di klasemen, Stoke City, padahal mendominasi permainan dengan 57 persen penguasan bola, seperti dilansir Yahoo News.
Setelah bermain 0-0 sampai menit 76, bencana menimpa Arsenal ketika Laurent Koscielny dinyatakan hand ball di kotak penalti.
Jonathan Walters tak menyia-nyiakan peluang ini untuk mengonversi satu-satunya gol dalam laga ini sekaligus penentu kemenangan Stoke.

Walters stepped up in the 76th minute to slot home a spot-kick he had won when his flick struck the arm of Laurent Koscielny in the Gunners box.
