20) Carlos Vela - Real Sociedad

16) Manuel Neuer - Bayern Munich

14) Arturo Vidal - Juventus

The Old Lady memiliki begitu banyak gelandang tengah berbakat, sulit untuk memilih salah satu.

11) Arjen Robben - Bayern Munich

(Bersambung)

WHILE Luis Suarez and Co from the Premier League are undoubtedly some of the best in Europe, it´s time to rank the rest of continent´s stars as the season draws to a close.

La Liga is set for one of their biggest title deciders in history (not to mention their Champions League final to follow), while Bayern Munich, Juventus and PSG have all stormed to domestic trophies.

With no shortage of high profile performers, Sportsmail ranks the best 20 players from across Europe on this season´s exploits alone.

20) Carlos Vela - Real Sociedad

How Arsenal fans wouldn´t expect this forward on the list. Vela struggled to make an impact in North London during his six-year stint, but has been a key part in a vibrant Real Sociedad frontline in recent years.

With 15 goals and 11 assists from the wing in La Liga, it´s no wonder the Gunners may be tempted to activate his £3.3m buyback clause this summer.

19) Ciro Immobile - Torino

Not one of the biggest names in Serie A - that´s for sure - but the top scorer in the division has to get a mention.

The 24-year-old has outgunned both Mario Balotelli and Carlos Tevez (mentioned later) with 21 goals this season, and has been linked with a big-money move to Dortmund.

18) Mehdi Benatia - Roma

Mehdi Benatia was signed from Udinese in the summer, and has been an immovable Moroccan object ever since then.

17) Carlos Tevez - Juventus

Despite his goalscoring feats, Tevez is unlikely to go to the World Cup this year, and is looking at a trip to Disneyland instead. Bless.

16) Manuel Neuer - Bayern Munich

Real Madrid may have thumped four past the German No 1 in the Champions League semi-final last month, but Manuel Neuer is still one of the top goalkeepers in the world.

Pep Guardiola´s high line at Bayern Munich needs a sweeper keeper who is capable of pulling off world class saves, and Neuer certainly fits that bill (just don´t mention Cristiano Ronaldo to him).

15) Koke - Atletico Madrid

While Diego Costa and Thibaut Courtois (both mentioned later) have been superb at Atletico Madrid this season, Koke sums up their unlikely story.

14) Arturo Vidal - Juventus

The Old Lady have so many talented central midfielders, it´s difficult to single one out. But Arturo Vidal edges out Paul Pogba and Andrea Pirlo on this instance.

13) Angel di Maria - Real Madrid

When Mesut Ozil was sold to Arsenal last summer, it was though that Angel di Maria could also be on the way out to accomodate £86m man Gareth Bale. But how the Argentine has proved his worth.

Di Maria has 20 assists in La Liga and the Champions League combined, while his dogged attitude and speed in some electrifying counter attacking performances at Real Madrid has been breathtaking.

12) Robert Lewandowski - Dortmund

He´s will be the next Dortmund player to make the switch to Bayern Munich, and how Jurgen Klopp is going to miss him. The Polish striker leads the line expertly, combining pace. strength and a calmness in front of goal to frighten defenders.

18 Bundesliga goals in 2013/14 - the same as Mario Mandzukic - but we think he may get the nod under Guardiola next season.

11) Arjen Robben - Bayern Munich

His on-the-pitch antics wind many up, and it´s a shame to see such a talented individual throw themselves to the floor so often. But saying that, Arjen Robben has to be regarded as one of the best wingers in the world.

Almost entirely left footed, the Dutchman has netted 15 times in the Bundesliga and Champions League. (To be continue)
