JOHN Travolta dan Olivia Newton-John mengulangi adegan klasik dari penggalan film Grease - setelah berkumpul lagi untuk pengambilan gambar video musik country.
Pasangan - yang terkenal dalam karakter pasangan kekasih Danny dan Sandy di film laris 1978 - telah membuat rekaman duet berjudul I Think You Might Like It.
Penampilan keduanya mengingatkan pada geng motor T-Bird seperti di film, sama-sama mengenakan kaos warna hitam seperti di video klip ini.
Newton-John bilang: "Kami mengemudikan T-Bird '55 dan pakaian kami sama seperti kami kenakan.... dan di akhir video kami berlalu dengan mobil seperti kami lakukan di film Grease."
Rekaman yang akan dirilis jelang Natal memperlihatkan Travolta, kini 58 tahun, naik pesawat jet pribadinya untuk bertemu Newton-John yang kini berusia 64 tahun, seperti dikutip The Sun.
Adegan berikutnya ketika Travolta turun dari pesawat sementara Newton-John mengendarai mobil yang dijejali kado.
Kemudian diikuti gerakan tarian 'taruh jempolmu di sabuk celana' dan adegan berikut pertemuan kedua bintang Grease ini.
Diselingi adegan terharu saat menonton film hitam putih It's A Wonderful Life mengenakan kaos merah tangan panjang - tampak tata rias wajah Travolta mirip salah satu karakter di film Star Trek.
Turut tampil Kelly Preston, menggendong bayinya memasuki ruang tunggu bandara juga tampil polisi dan tentara yang kemudian turut berdansa.
Lagu duet ini merupakan single dari album kolaborasi untuk mengumpulkan dana amal bertajuk: This Christmas: John Travolta & Olivia Newton-John.
Album amal ini menampilkan lagu-lagu antara lain Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas and Baby It's Cold Outside ditambah dukungan musisi hebat seperti Barbra Streisand, James Taylor, and Tony Bennett.
Seperti diketahui, kabar tentang Travolta digugat oleh seorang 'mantan gay' bahwa sang aktor film itu pernah dekat dengannya.
Doug Gotterba mengaku ia diancam oleh kuasa hukum Travolta untuk tidak mengungkap skandal tersebut.
JOHN Travolta and Olivia Newton-John recreate their classic car scene from Grease - after reuniting for a mind-blowingly cheesy country music video.
The pair - who famously starred as lovebirds Danny and Sandy in the hit 1978 movie - have recorded a duet called I Think You Might Like It.
It sees them cruising along in a T-Bird motor just like the one in the film, wearing similar black outfits as they did on screen.
Newton-John said of it: "We're driving in a '55 T-Bird and we're dressed kind of like we were then... at the end of the video we are going off in the car like we did in Grease."
The Christmas release sees the stars following a story where Travolta, now 58, flies his private jet home to see 64-year-old Newton-John.
It begins with him landing his plane while she cruises along in the motor with loads of presents.
Then follows a lot of ‘thumbs-in-the-belt-loops’ line-dancing and a run scene where the couple spot each other and jog toembrace.
There’s also a bit where they’re getting teary over the film It's A Wonderful Life wearing red jumpers - a get-up which makes Travolta look like someone off Star Trek.
Travolta’s missus Kelly Preston also features, cradling the couple’s new baby Benjamin in an airport lounge for scenes which also see policemen and soldiers dancing to the tune.
The duet is part of an album of collaborations the pals are releasing to raise cash for charity this year called This Christmas: John Travolta & Olivia Newton-John.
Other tunes include covers of Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas and Baby It's Cold Outside, plus tunes with big names such as as Barbra Streisand, James Taylor, and Tony Bennett.
