MEMILIKI perut buncit bukan hanya dikhawatirkan kaum pria, tapi wanita pun merasakan hal yang sama. Seperti halnya penyanyi Sania yang punya cara untuk mengecilkan perutnya. Sania saat ini memang terlihat gemuk. Merasa tak nyaman dengan kenaikan berat badannya.

“Saya sedang menjaga pola makan yang benar dan rajin olahraga. Maklum, belakangan ini saya lagi hobi makan dan ngemil,,” kata Sania, di Jakarta Selatan.

Wanita kelahiran Bandung, 29 Desember 1975 itu merasa kenaikan berat badannya cukup drastis. Sebagai penyanyi yang sering tampil di atas panggung ia merasa kurang percaya diri dengan kenaikan berat badannya tersebut. Sekarang ia punya bobot seberat 56 kilogram.

“Target saya turun 10 kilo deh,” terang sambil menambahkan dirinya mulai menghindarai makanan berminyak seperti gorengan.

HAVING a pot belly is not only feared by men, but women also feel the same way. Like the singer Sania who has a way of tightening her stomach. Sania indeed looks fat now. She feels uncomfortable with her weight gain.

"I'm maintaining a proper diet and exercise frequently. Understandably so, lately I like to eat and have snacks, "said Sania, in South Jakarta.

This girl born in Bandung, in December 29, 1975 feels that her weight has gained drastically. As a singer who frequently appears on stage she feels unconfident due to her weight gain. Now her weight is 56 kilograms.

"My target is to reduce 10 kilos," she explained while adding that she will begin to avoid greasy foods such as fried foods.
