PERUT buncit ternyata membuat seseorang tidak percaya diri. Anehnya, banyak orang yang mengalami resiko seperti itu.
 
Penyebab perut buncit menurut pakar kesehatan ada beberapa hal, antara lain banyak mengonsumsi lemak, roti, makanan kaya gula, tepun dan kue. Biasanya, perubahan fisik berupa perut menonjol terjadi jelang usia paruh baya. Namun belakangan ini, tidak jarang yang usia muda sudah mengalaminya sehingga mereka merasa malu dan kurang pede.
 
Untuk menyelamatkan dan menghindari dari perut buncit ada beberapa tips, seperti:
 
1. Karbohidrat Kompleks
Bagi yang menyukai makanan tertentu, mulai kini sebaiknya beralih dari mengkonsumsi karbohidrat sederhana ke karbohidrat kompleks yang banyak mengandung serat. Contohnya mengganti beras putih dengan beras merah, mengganti mie instan dengan spaghetti, mengganti bubur dengan oatmeal dan mengganti roti dengan ubi.
 
2. Rutin Konsumsi Buah
Dianjurkan menjadikan buah sebagai makanan utama. Di makan secara teratur 3 kali sehar, karena buah banyak mengandung nutrisi yang tak kalah dengan karbohidrat. Namun jangan mengganti buah asli dengan jus buah dalam kemasan, karena kandungan nutrisinya sudah sangat berbeda. SEperti diketahui, jus dalam kemasan sudah banyak ditambahi gula.
 
3. Hindari Makan Gorengan
Makanan berupa gorengan dapat memicu peradangan dan membuat lemak manjadi mudah diserap tubuh. Jika ingin mencicipi gorengan, sebaiknya mengurangi lemak trans, caranya mengganti minyak goreng dengan minyak zaitun dan minyak canola.
 
4. Kurangi Makanan Manis
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pakar kesehatan, makanan manis akan memaksa tubuh memompa insulin sehingga tubuh kelebihan glukosa dan memicu penimbunan lemak.
 
5. Rutin Olahraga
Olahraga yang dilakukan secara teratur baik untuk kesehatan, karena terjadi pembakaran dalam tubuh kita. Saat ini banyak orang menghindari olahraga karena pada dasarnya 80% insting manusia itu menghindari sengsara dan 20% mencari kesenangan. Orang juga banyak beranggapan bahwa olahraga harus dilakukan di lapangan, padahal tidak. Menjadwalkan olahraga akan membakar banyak lemak dan kalori.
