Jakarta (B2B) - Sekitar 14.924 tenaga harian lepas (THL-TBPP) penyuluh pertanian binaan Kementerian Pertanian RI memenuhi syarat menjadi aparatur sipil negara kategori pegawai pemerintah dengan perjanjian kerja (ASN-P3K). Menteri Pertanian Andi Amran Sulaiman mengharapkan 14 ribuan THL usia lebih 35 tahun akan lolos seleksi P3K yang digelar oleh Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) pada 23 - 24 Februari 2019 dan hasil tes akan diumumkan 1 Maret 2019.
Mentan Amran Sulaiman mengharapkan 14.924 THL dapat diangkat menjadi P3K, seperti halnya 6.000 THL yang telah diangkat menjadi calon pegawai negeri sipil (CPNS) pada September 2017 oleh pemerintah. Kementan telah mengusulkan 17.691 THL untuk mengisi formasi ASN-P3K namun dari hasil validasi, ternyata hanya 14.924 yang memenuhi syarat.
"Mereka ini jago semua. Usia di atas 35 tahun. Pengalaman lapangan minimal 10 tahun. Tanpa tes juga sudah lulus, tolong jangan dipersulit. Mereka faham tanaman ini kekurangan hara, atau apa. Sudah luar kepala. Penyuluh adalah garda terdepan pertanian nasional," kata Mentan Amran Sulaiman pada sosialisasi ASN-P3K di Jakarta, Senin petang (11/2).
Kegiatan sosialisasi ASN-P3K yang dibuka Mentan dihadiri Kepala Badan Penyuluhan dan Pengembangan SDM Pertanian (BPPSDMP) Kementan, Momon Rusmono; pimpinan terkait di Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara - Reformasi Birokrasi (Kemenpan-RB), pejabat terkait Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) dan Kementerian Pendidikan Nasional; dan 600 kepala dinas pertanian tingkat provinsi/kabupaten/kota dan perwakilan THL Kementan dari seluruh Indonesia.
Mentan menambahkan, Kementerian Pertanian masih membutuhkan 74.000 orang penyuluh pertanian, saat ini baru tersedia 31.500 orang sehingga masih membutuhkan 42.500 orang yang diprioritaskan dari THL lingkup Kementerian Pertanian RI.
Kepala BPPSDMP Kementan, Momon Rusmono mengatakan sosialisasi ASN-P3K diharapkan dapat disampaikan kepada THL di daerah masing-masing tentang syarat pendaftaran, cara mendaftar, mengikuti tes yang digelar BKN.

Jakarta (B2B) - At least 14,924 Indonesian´s honorary agricultural extensionists or THL in the Agriculture Ministry fulfills the requirements to become a state civil apparatus - category of government employees with work agreements or the ASN-P3K. Agriculture Minister Andi Amran Sulaiman expects 14,924 THL over 35 years will pass the selection held by the State Civil Service Agency or BKN on 23-24 February 2019, and the test results will be announced March 1, 2019.
Minister Sulaiman expects 14,924 THL to pass the test for for appointed as the THL as well as 6,000 THL who have been appointed as candidates for civil servants or CPNS in September 2017 by the government. The Agriculture Ministry has proposed 17,691 THL to fill the ASN-P3K formation but only 14,924 fulfilled requirements of validation results.
"They are all great. Age over 35 years. Minimum field experience of 10 years. Without the test already passed, please don´t complicate it. They understand about plant lacks nutrients, or what. Already memorized. Agricultural extentionists are the frontline of Indonesian agriculture," said Minister Sulaiman here on Monday afternoon (February 11).
The ASN-P3K dissemination activity opened by Minister Sulaiman was attended by the Director General of Extension and Agricultural HR Development or the BPPSDMP, Momon Rusmono; officials related of Indonesian´s Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Ministry; officials related of BKN; and 600 heads of provincial, regency and municipal agriculture offices.
Minister Sulaiman added that his ministry still needs 74,000 agricultural extensionist, currently only 31,500 THL are available so that it still requires 42,500 THL.
Rusmono said that the socialization of ASN-P3K is expected to be conveyed to THL in their respective regions regarding the registration requirements, how to register, take the test held by BKN.
