GASPAR Iniguez bernasib naas karena giginya patah tiga ketika ia mencoba untuk mengatasi lawan - dengan kepalanya.
Pemain tengah Argentinos Juniors berusia 19 tahun kehilangan keseimbangan saat ia mencoba untuk menahan laju gerakan pemain Boca Juniors, Erbes Cristian, tapi bukannya mundur, Iniguez malahan maju menghadapi dengan wajahnya duluan yang menghadapi kaki Erbes.
Akibatnya, Iniguez mengalami cedera gigi lantaran dihantam kaki pemain Boca Juniors yang terjadi dua menit sebelum laga berakhir seri 0-0 dalam kompetisi Inicial Championship, seperti dilansir Mail Online.
"Dalam sikap berani yang mengesankan ... (Iniguez) menghadapkan kepalanya untuk menahan serangan balik ..... Dia nekat menabrak (Erbes) pada sepatunya tapi naas tiga giginya copot," kata klub Argentinos melalui situs resminya, yang dilansir akhir September lalu.
Gelandang itu terpaksa harus menjalani operasi gigi, kata klub tersebut.

The 19-year-old Argentinos Juniors midfielder lost his footing as he tried to stop Boca Juniors´ Cristian Erbes, but instead of pulling out of the tackle launched himself face first at Erbes´ feet.
As well as the dental injury Iniguez was booked for a professional foul as the Boca Juniors player raced towards goal two minutes before the end of the 0-0 draw in the Inicial Championship.
´In a gesture of impressive bravery... (Iniguez) dived head first to cut out a counter-attack... He crashed into (Erbes´) boot and suffered three broken teeth,´ a statement said on the Argentinos website.
The midfielder was due to have surgery on Monday, the club said.
Argentinos currently sit in third place in the division, three points off leaders Newell´s Old Boys eight matches into the season; Boca are a further point back.
