Jakarta (B2B) - Meningkatnya permintaan daging sapi di DKI Jakarta dan sekitarnya selama Ramadan dan Lebaran diantisipasi oleh Badan Urusan Logistik (Bulog) dengan menyediakan 200 ton daging dengan harga Rp88 ribu per kg melalui lima pasar tradisional meliputi Pasar Ciracas dan Pasar Kramat Jati di Jakarta Timur, dan tiga pasar di Jakarta Utara yakni Sukapura, Anyer Bahari dan Sindang.

Operasi pasar sembilan bahan pokok dilepas oleh Menteri Pertanian, Andi Amran Sulaiman didampingi Direktur Utama Bulog, Djarot Kusumayakti; Menteri Perdagangan, Rahmat Gobel. Tampak hadir Direktur Jenderal Hortikultura, Spudnik Sudjono dan Direktur Operasi Bulog, Fadzri Sentosa.

Direktur Utama Bulog, Djarot Kusumayakti mengatakan pihaknya menyediakan 200 ton daging sapi dengan skema distribusi menggunakan tujuh truk logistik khusus dengan mesin pendingin, setiap truk mengangkut daging sapi sebanyak satu ton per hari.

"Ketujuh truk dengan cold storage akan memasok tujuh ton daging sapi per hari ke lima pasar tradisional yang jadi sasaran operasi pasar ini, untuk mengantisipasi kenaikan harga daging sapi selama Ramadan hingga Lebaran," kata Djarot kepada pers usai pelepasan kegiatan operasi pasar.

Menurutnya, apabila persediaan 500 ton belum memadai maka Bulog akan menggunakan fasilitas hak impor sebanyak 1.000 ton daging sapi, untuk mengatasi kebutuhan di hari raya besar Islam tersebut.

President Director of of Bulog, Djarot Kusumayakti said it was providing 200 tons of beef with seven trucks are equipped cold storage, each truck will transport one ton of beef per day.

"Seventh cold storage trucks will supply seven tonnes of beef per day to five traditional market operation target market, in anticipation of price increases during Ramadan until Eid," Mr Kusumayakti told the press.

According to him, if the supply of 500 tonnes not adequate, the Bulog will use the facilities of the import of 1,000 tons of beef to address the needs of Ramadan until the Eid.
