Jakarta (B2B) - Perusahaan negara, Badan Urusan Logistik (Bulog) menargetkan serapan beras komersial tahun depan sekitar 700.000 hingga 1 juta ton, setelah perubahan sistem penyaluran beras sejahtera (rastra) menjadi bantuan pangan non tunai (BPNT) maka keluarga penerima manfaat bisa mendapat kebutuhan beras tidak hanya melalui Bulog.
Direktur Komersial Bulog Tri Wahyudi Saleh mengatakan perubahan mekanisme bantuan sosial atau Bansos baru akan berubah tahun depan, maka target penyerapan beras Bulog tahun ini masih ditujukan untuk Rastra, berpatokan pada harga pembelian pemerintah (HPP).
"Tahun ini Bulog menargetkan penyerapan beras sebesar 3,7 juta ton dan realisasi 2,16 juta ton. Meski tidak menyalurkan rastra, tapi tahun depan Bulog akan tetap menyerap gabah dan beras," kata Tri.
HPP ditetapkan melalui Instruksi Presiden (Inpres) No. 5/2015. Beleid itu mengatur HPP untuk gabah kering panen (GKP) sebesar Rp 3.700 per kg, sedangkan untuk gabah kering giling (GKG) petani Rp 4.650/kg dan HPP beras Rp7.300/kg. Untuk menyiasati kenaikan harga gabah dan beras, Bulog melakukan relaksasi harga hingga 10% dari HP
Daging Kerbau
Perum Bulog sampai saat ini masih mengimpor daging kerbau dari India sejak setahun terakhir dalam jumlah puluhan ribu ton, dan saat ini memiliki stok 21.000 ton daging kerbau.
"Daging kerbau rutin dilepas ke pasar guna menekan sekaligus menstabilkan harga daging sapi segar di dalam negeri," kata Tri Wahyudi.
Menurutnya, harga daging kerbau yang dijual Bulog tergolong murah hanya dipatok maksimal Rp80.000 per kg ketimbang daging sapi segar Rp110.000 per kg.dan posisinya sebagai pengimbang permintaan pasar sekaligua alternatif.

The Bulog´s Commercial Director Tri Wahyudi Saleh said changes to the social assistance mechanism will change next year, Bulog´s rice purchase target for this year is still for the poor referring to the government´s purchase price.
"This year, Bulog aims to purchase 3.7 million tons with the realization of 2.16 million tons of rice, although not distribute poor rice, but next year Bulog will still buy grain and rice farmers," he said.
The farmers´ rice prices are regulated by Presidential Instruction N 5/2015. The beleid regulates the price of dry grain harvest 3,700 rupiah per kg, while for dry grind 4,650 per kg and rice price of farmers is 7,300 per kg.
Buffalo Meat
The Bulog till now still imports tens of thousands tons of buffalo meat from India since last year, and currently has a stock of 21,000 tons.
"Buffalo meat is routinely released to the market to stabilize domestic fresh beef prices," Mr Wahyudi said.
According to him, the buffalo meat price is relatively cheap only 80.000 rupiah than fresh beef 110.000 rupiah per kg, and buffalo meat as an alternative for consumers.
