Jakarta (B2B) - Empat sektor bisnis baru akan terbuka bagi investasi asing menyusul revisi Peraturan Presiden (Perpres) tentang daftar negatif investasi. Empat sektor tersebut meliputi transportasi, kesehatan, pariwisata, ekonomi kreatif dan keuangan.
Kepala Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM) Mahendra Siregar mengatakan sektor transportasi termasuk pembangunan dan pengoperasian terminal transportasi darat, terutama fasilitas umum di terminal penumpang dan terminal kargo umum.
"Pembangunan terminal penumpang dan terminal kargo lahan, yang sebelumnya tertutup untuk penanaman modal asing, sekarang terbuka untuk investor asing, dengan kepemilikan modal maksimal 49 persen, setelah mendapat rekomendasi dari Menteri Perhubungan," kata Mahendra Siregar setelah rapat koordinasi finalisasi daftar bidang usaha yang tertutup dan terbuka bagi investor asing, di Jakarta belum lama ini.
Sektor bisnis lainnya adalah tes berkala pada kendaraan bermotor, dengan kepemilikan modal maksimal 49%, setelah mendapat rekomendasi dari menteri transportasi, katanya.
Di sektor kesehatan, kepemilikan modal asing dalam industri farmasi ditingkatkan menjadi maksimal 85%, yang sebelumnya maksimal 75%, setelah mendapat rekomendasi dari menteri kesehatan.
Di sektor pariwisata dan ekonomi kreatif, kepemilikan modal asing dari negara-negara anggota ASEAN dalam bisnis iklan, yang sebelumnya secara eksklusif diperuntukkan bagi investor domestik, dinaikkan menjadi 51%.
Sementara itu, kepemilikan modal asing dalam bisnis modal ventura dinaikkan sampai maksimum 85%, yang sebelumnya maksimal 80%, berdasarkan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 9/2009 tentang Lembaga Pembiayaan.

In the tourism and creative economic sector, the foreign capital ownership of the ASEAN member states in the advertisement business, which was earlier exclusively reserved for domestic investors, was raised to 51 percent.
Meanwhile, the foreign capital ownership in venture capital businesses was raised to a maximum of 85 percent, which was previously at a maximum of 80 percent, based on the Presidential Regulation No. 9/2009 on Financing Institutions.
