Jakarta (B2B) - Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) mengakui telah menerima pengaduan terkait dugaan korupsi Proyek e-KTP di Kementerian Dalam Negeri.
Pengaduan tentang korupsi di proyek yang bernilai triliunan rupiah, dilaporkan oleh mantan Bendahara Umum Partai Demokrat, Muhammad Nazaruddin, belum lama ini, yang saat ini tengah menjalani hukuman tujuh tahun penjara dalam korupsi proyek wisma atlet.
Wakil Ketua Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi Bambang Widjojanto mengatakan laporan tersebut akan masuk ke dalam pengumpulan bahan keterangan untuk dikonfirmasi lebih lanjut.
"E-KTP sudah masuk ke pengaduan masyarakat, tapi pengumpulan bahan keterangannya masih harus dikonfirmasi lebih lanjut," ujar dia di ruang pers KPK.
Nazaruddin mengklaim telah menyampaikan informasi tentang sejumlah kasus korupsi kepada KPK, salah satu pengaduan tersebut adalah terkait mark-up proyek e-KTP.
Pengacara Nazar, Elza Syarif, mengklaim nilai proyek e-KTP tersebut sebesar Rp 5,8 triliun dengan jumlah penggelembungan 4% hingga 5%. Elza mengatakan terdapat indikasi gratifikasi terkait proyek tersebut.
Meskipun begitu, Elza menolak mengungkap nama-nama penerima dugaan gratifikasi, karena kliennya telah menyebutkan nama-nama tersebut ketika diperiksa oleh KPK dua pekan lalu.
Jakarta (B2B) - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said it had received a complaint of alleged corruption in the new electronic identity card (e-KTP) project at the Home Affairs Ministry.
The complaint against the project, which is worth trillions of rupiahs, was filed by former Democratic Party treasurer Muhammad Nazaruddin, who had been sentenced to seven years behind bars over the athletes’ compound graft case.
KPK deputy head Bambang Widjojanto said the KPK was still looking into the report and investigators were still garnering the material and evidence related to the case. At this stage, the KPK would solicit information from parties who were allegedly involved in the case.
“We have received the complaint about the e-KTP project. We are still collecting the material and information,” Bambang said at his office yesterday, Monday, August 12.
Nazaruddin claimed he had delivered info on a number of graft cases to the commission, including the alleged mark-up in the e-KTP project.
Elza Syarief, Nazaruddin’s attorney, said the value of the Rp5.8 trillion (US$583.5 billion) project had been marked up by around four to five percent. She added there were also indicators of rendered gratifications linked to the project.
However, Elza refused disclose to the public any names of suspect, saying her client had already shared the names with the KPK when he was quizzed two weeks ago.
