Jakarta (B2B) - Masyarakat diimbau melaporkan setiap tindakan pelanggaran hukum seperti penimbunan bahan bakar (BBM) bersubsidi melalui SMS ke 1708, menyusul rencana kenaikan harga BBM bersubsidi.

Wakil Menteri Energi Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) Susilosiswoutomo mengatakan, pemerintah mensinyalir ada pihak-pihak yang berusaha bertindak curang menjelang kenaikan harga BBM, dengan melakukan penimbunan. Untuk mencegah dan mengatasi hal itu, pemerintah mengharapkan dukungan masyarakat untuk turut mengawasi.

"Masyarakat kami minta untuk melaporkan terjadinya penimbunan, karena ada saja masyarakat yang memanfaatkan kesempatan dalam kesempitan," kata Susilo kepada pers di kantornya, Jakarta, Senin (17/6).

Susilo menambahkan, selain aksi penimbunan, masyarakat juga bisa melaporkan kelangkaan pasokan BBM bersubsidi ke tim sosialisasi penyesuaian harga BBM. Pemerintah juga mendirikan pos-pos pengaduan untuk masyarakat jika terjadi hal-hal tersebut, salah satunya berada di Kantor Kementerian ESDM.

"Kalau ada kelangkaan, dengan adanya SMS, ada laporan ke posko-posko, Insya Allah, pelaksanan penyesuaian BBM ini lancar," ungkapnya.

Seperti diketahui, upaya sosialisasi rencana kenaikan harga BBM akan dilakukan pemerintah dengan telah menyebarkan pesan singkat (SMS) Broadcast kepada 240 juta nomor aktif pengguna telepon seluler.

Adapun isi SMS broadcat tersebut adalah: "From: Tim Sosialisasi BBM. Subsidi BBM tidak tepat sasaran lebih banyak dinimati orang kaya dan hanya menciptakan ketidakadilan. Pengaduan ketik BBM Isi Pesan kirim 1708."

Apa tanggapan publik? Donny, warga Cawang mengaku tidak yakin terhadap tindak lanjut dari SMS 1708. "Pengaduan ke Telkom di nomor 108 atau 147 soal gangguan telepon
atau internet saja tidak ditanggapi. Teleponnya sibuk terus. Apalagi cuma SMS."

Pendapat senada dikemukakan Yanti, mahasiswi sebuah perguruan tinggi swasta di Jakarta. Dia mengaku pesimistis dengan pengaduan SMS 1708. "Dibuat lalu diumumkan, tapi penanganannya nggak janji...."
