Jakarta (B2B) - Kawasan Kemayoran, Jakarta Pusat, dinilai memiliki potensi untuk menjadi kawasan pusat bisnis (central business district/CBD) alternatif.
Saat ini pengembangan proyek properti apartemen dan komersial di kawasan itu makin banyak, dan diperkirakan pasokan proyek apartemen dan komersial terutama perkantoran masih akan terus berlanjut.
Associate Director Residential Sales and Leasing Colliers International, Aleviery Akbar menilai kawasan eks Bandara Kemayoran dahulu pernah menjadi primadona pengembang dan konsumen, namun banyak proyek apartemen terhenti pembangunannya akibat dampak krisis ekonomi global pada 1998.
"Saat ini banyak proyek apartemen tersebut yang sudah berpindah tangan dan dilanjutkan oleh developer lain," kata Aleviery.
Jakarta (B2B) - Kemayoran estate, Central Jakarta, is considered to have a good potential to become a central business district (CBD).
Currently the development of apartment and commercial property projects in that region is increasing and is expected to continue in the future.
Aleviery Akbar, Associate Director of Residential Sales and Leasing at Colliers International, stated the former Kemayoran airport was once a target of developers and consumers, but many apartment project constructions are halted due to the impact of global economic crisis in 1998.
"Today the delayed projects are already handled by other developers," Aleviery said.
