Jakarta (B2B) - Permohonan cuti sebagai Gubernur DKI Jakarta yang diajukan Joko 'Jokowi' Widodo akhirnya dikabulkan Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. Permohonan cuti diajukan Jokowi, karena calon presiden dari PDIP ini menyatakan ingin konsentrasi dalam
Pemilu Presiden (Pilpres) 9 Juli mendatang, sehingga tidak mengganggu tugas-tugasnya sebagai orang nomor satu di DKI.
Pelaksana Tugas Direktorat Jenderal (Ditjen) Otonomi Daerah (Otda) Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri), Susilo dan Kepala Pusat Penerangan (Kapuspen) Kemendagri, Didik Supriyanto, Minggu (1/6), mendatangi rumah dinas Gubernur Jokowi di Jl Taman Suropati, Menteng, Jakarta Pusat.
Kedatangan kedua pejabat Kemendagri guna mengantarkan Surat Keputusan Presiden (Keppres) pemberhentian sementara Jokowi sebagai Gubernur DKI Jakarta.
"Kami datang diutus oleh Mendagri untuk menyampaikan Keppres pemberhentian sementara Pak Jokowi sebagai gubernur," ujar Susilo di rumah dinas Gubernur DKI, Minggu (1/6).
Susilo mengatakan, dengan diterimanya Keppres tersebut, Jokowi telah resmi meninggalkan jabatan sementara waktu sebagai Gubernur DKI Jakarta. Selanjutnya, sesuai amanat Keppres, peran gubernur akan diambil alih Wakil Gubernur DKI, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama selaku Pelaksana tugas (Plt).
"Mulai hari ini, 1 Juni 2014 ini, sampai nanti penetapan hasil pemilihan capres- cawapres yang terpilih oleh KPU (Komisi Pemilihan Umum) pada bulan Oktober nanti dan Pak Basuki menjadi Plt Gubernur DKI mulai hari ini, selama Pak Jokowi diberhentikan sementara," ujar Susilo.

"We come sent by the Minister of Internal Affairs to convey the decree of Mr. Jokowi’s leave as the governor," said Susilo at the home office of Jakarta Governor of Jakarta, Sunday (6/1).
Susilo said with the receipt of the Decree, Jokowi has officially left the office temporarily as Jakarta Governor. Furthermore, as mandated by Presidential Decree, the governor position will be taken over by Jakarta Vice Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama as Acting (Plt).
"As of today, June 1, 2014, until the determination of president – vice president election result by KPU (General Elections Commission) in late October and Mr Basuki becomes the Acting Jakarta Governor starting today as long as Mr. Jokowi is taking the leave," Susilo said.
