Jakarta (B2B) - Jakarta berada di peringkat pertama sebagai kota dengan prospek investasi sektor properti tertinggi di kawasan Asia Pasifik di 2013, berdasarkan survei Urban Land Institute (ULI) dan Pricewaterhouse Cooper (PWC).
Jakarta menggeser Singapura ke peringkat ketiga, dari peringkat pertama pada tahun lalu.
Dari skala 1-9, prospek investasi properti di Jakarta yang tertinggi di kawasan dengan nilai 6,01.
Angka ini lebih tinggi dibandingkan kota-kota besar lainnya, seperti Shanghai 5,83 poin, Singapura (5,78), Sydney (5,69), Kuala Lumpur (5,68), Bangkok (5,67), Beijing (5,65), dan Osaka (4,82).
