Jakarta (B2B) - Partai Golongan Karya (Golkar) diduga menunda rapat pimpinan nasional (Rapimnas), karena ingin mengamankan forum pimpinan dari agenda evaluasi pencalonan Aburizal Bakrie, yang mengusung nama ARB, sebagai bakal calon presiden dari Golkar.
Direktur Eksekutif Lingkar Madani Indonesia (Lima) Ray Rangkuti menilai penundaan Rapimnas Golkar terkait elektabilitas ARB yang tidak meningkat meskipun didukung kampanye melalui jaringan media yang dimilikinya.
"Elektabilitas Ical tidak naik-naik, kalau Rapimnas Golkar digelar saat ini, kemungkinan suara untuk mengevaluasi pencalonan presiden akan tinggi," kata Ray Rangkuti dalam diskusi di Jakarta, Minggu (13/10).
Sebelumnya, Partai Golkar menyebutkan penundaan Rapimnas yang rencananya berlangsung pada 20 Oktober 2013, karena masalah akomodasi penyelenggaraan dan substansi rapat yang belum siap, sehingga diundur hingga November 2013.
Menurut Ray, alasan tersebut ´aneh bin ajaib´ alias tidak masuk akal kecuali ada hal-hal yang relevan untuk menunda rapat pimpinan nasional tersebut.
Dia menilai, penolakan dari internal Golkar terhadap pencalonan ARB yang akan terus berlangsung, karena tidak terlepas dari elektabilitas dan popularitas yang tidak kunjung meningkat. Dalam survei beberapa bulan mendatang, posisi tertinggi ARB berada di peringkat ketiga.
