Jakarta (B2B) - PT Pertamina membagi Stasiun Pengisian BBM Umum (SPBU) atas empat jenis untuk melaksanakan kebijakan kenaikan harga BBM bersubsidi bagi mobil pribadi. Pembagian SPBU berdasarkan rute kendaraan umum, lokasi terminal dan sebaran SPBU.
Langkah Pertamina ini untuk mengantisipasi kenaikan BBM subsidi jenis premium dan solar untuk mobil pribadi maksimal Rp7 ribu per liter per Mei 2013. Sementara harga BBM subsidi untuk sepeda motor dan angkutan umum dan barang tetap Rp4.500 per liter.
Direktur Pemasaran dan Niaga Pertamina, Hanung Budya mengatakan, Pertamina sia melaksanakan kebijakan kenaikan harga BBM subsidi.
"Hari Jumat ini semua sudah siap. Begitu diumumkan, kami akan langsung jalankan," kata Hanung kepada pers di Jakarta, Jumat (26/4).
Menurutnya, jenis SPBU pertama untuk menjual premium dan solar bersubsidi dengan harga Rp4.500 per liter. SPBU jenis kedua adalah menjual premium dan solar bersubsidi dengan harga setelah dinaikkan. Jenis ketiga menjual premium harga baru dan solar Rp 4.500 per liter. Terakhir adalah SPBU yang menjual premium Rp 4.500 per liter dan solar harga baru.
Melalui kombinasi tersebut, lanjut Hanung, dari total 5.569 lembaga penyalur yang terdiri dari agen premium minyak solar (APMS) dan SPBU, sebanyak 3.053 lembaga penyalur atau 54% akan menyediakan premium Rp 4.500, dan 2.477 lainnya dengan harga baru.
Adapun, lembaga penyalur yang akan menyediakan solar Rp4.500 sebanyak 3.218 atau 57,8% dan 2.248 lembaga penyalur menyediakan solar dengan harga baru.
"Dengan dibagi empat jenis ini maka akan mudah dalam implementasi dan mencegah kegaduhan di SPBU," katanya.
Sementara itu, pengaturan di SPBU yang berlokasi di jalan tol adalah memaksimalkan penjualan Premium dengan harga baru dan tidak menjual dengan harga Rp 4.500 per liter.
"Untuk SPBU yang menjual solar, karena 90 persen adalah angkutan umum, maka akan diatur empat sampai lima SPBU menjual solar harga baru dan satu jual Rp 4.500 per liter," kata Hanung.
