Jakarta (B2B) - PT BNI Tbk telah menyalurkan kredit pemilikan rumah (KPR) sebesar Rp700 miliar sepanjang Januari 2013-Februari 2013.
Direktur Konsumer dan Ritel BNI, Darmadi Sutanto mengatakan penyaluran KPR tersebut lebih kecil dari target dua bulan pertama tahun ini sebesar Rp1 triliun.
Menurut Darmadi minimnya penyaluran KPR tersebut terjadi karena banyaknya surat Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) baru yang belum selesai.
"Ini fenomena yang biasa setiap tahunnya, sehingga penyaluran KPR pada Januari dan Februari selalu lebih kecil," kata Darmadi.
Jakarta (B2B) - PT BNI Tbk has distributed mortgages worth Rp700 billion (US$72.1 million) in January-February, 2013.
Director of Consumer and Retail at BNI Darmadi Sutanto said the company’s mortgage distribution is lower than the target of Rp 1 trillion set in the first two months of this year.
According Darmadi, the low mortgage distribution was due to the many land and building permit processes that have not yet been finalized.
“This is a phenomenon that occurs each year. Thus, mortgage distribution is always low in January and February,” he said.
