Jakarta (B2B) - Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM) hingga Oktober 2012 berhasil menjaring dana investasi sebesar US$25 miliar. Nilai tersebut lebih tinggi dari periode yang sama pada 2011 yang hanya mencapai US$19 miliar.
Kepala BKPM Chatib Basri menegaskan optimismenya untuk dapat mencapai target investasi sebesar US$32 miliar hingga akhir 2012.
"Sampai dengan September 2012 nilai investasi di Indonesia sudah mencapai US$18,3 miliar atau Rp229 triliun, maka kami yakin target hingga akhir tahun senilai US$32 miliar akan tercapai," kata Chatib.
Optimisme tersebut, kata Chatib, terkait perolehan investasi pada 2011 total nilai investasi di Indonesia per Oktober 2011 hanya mencapai US$19 miliar. Sementara hingga Oktober 2012 investasi asing yang masuk ke Indonesia sudah menembus US$25 miliar.
"Sampai dengan September 2012 nilai investasi di Indonesia sudah mencapai US$18,3 miliar atau Rp229 triliun, maka kami yakin target hingga akhir tahun senilai US$32 miliar akan tercapai," katanya.

His confidence, he says, is related to investment gain in 2011 which only reached a total of US$ 19 billion per October 2011, while until October 2012, foreign investment flowing into Indonesia has already reached US$ 25 billion.
“Until September 2012, the value of investment in Indonesia has reached US$ 18.3 billion or Rp 229 trillion, hence we are sure we will achieve end-of-year target worth US$ 32 billion ” says Chatib.
