Jakarta (B2B) - Rapat Pimpinan Nasional (Rapimnas) Partai Demokrat (PD) pada 17 Februari mendatang dapat menjadi ajang pemilihan ketua umum baru pengganti Anas Urbaningrum, meskipun Kongres Luar Biasa (KLB) kurang tepat dilakukan dalam waktu dekat.
Peluang dilengserkannya Anas melalui Rapimnas dikemukakan Anggota Dewan Pembina PD, Hayono Isman kepada pers di gedung parlemen, Jakarta, Rabu (13/2).
"Hal itu bukanlah sesuatu yang mustahil, itu sesuai amanah Anggaran Dasar dan Anggaran Rumah Tangga partai, tapi tapi kalau dilaksanakan sekarang, tidak tepat dan bijak," kata Hayono, yang juga mantan Menteri Pemuda dan Olahraga pada era Orde Baru di bawah kepemimpinan Soeharto.
Menurutnya, menyelenggarakan Kongres Luar Biasa (KLB) tidaklah mudah, karena menuntut pertimbangan yang matang dan rapat koordinasi terlebih dahulu antarpetinggi partai. Namun dia tidak dapat memastikan kapan waktu yang tepat bagi Demokrat untuk melakukan KLB.
"Tergantung situasi, bisa saja ada dua pilihan, majelis tinggi partai dapat melalui semacam Rapim dengan ketua DPD dan berbagai unsur di Partai Demokrat untuk bentuk karakter, bisa juga melalui KLB sekaligus konsolidasi partai. Pilihan mana yang diambil tergantung kebutuhan," ungkap mantan petinggi Partai Golkar ini lagi.

"It´s not impossible, it is appropriate mandate Statutes and Bylaws, but if implemented now, is not appropriate and wise," said Hayono, who is also a former Minister of Youth and Sports in the era of New Order regime under Suharto.
According to him, holding Extraordinary Congress (KLB) is not easy, because it requires careful consideration and prior coordination meeting between the leaders of the party. However, he can not be sure when the right time for the Democrats to do the KLB.
"Depending on the situation, there may be two options, through the upper house party, and through a kind of national leadership meeting with the chairman of the Council and the various elements in the Democratic Party. Could also be through KLB at once the party consolidated. Which option is taken depending on the needs," said a former leaders Golkar Party again.
