Jakarta (B2B) - Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) menyatakan hasil audit Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) terhadap Proyek Hambalang Sentul, Jawa Barat tidak berguna. Pasalnya, KPK membutuhkan nilai kerugian negara akibat korupsi secara definitif untuk dirumuskan dalam dakwaan, dan bukan nilai kerugian secara indikatif.
"KPK membutuhkan angka kerugian negara akibat perbuatan melawan hukum dalam pengadaan barang yang menyebabkan proyek Hambalang bermasalah. Berapa nilai kerugian dari proyek itu? Jadi itu (BPK) tidak bisa kita pakai karena indikatif. Kalau yang diperlukan KPK itu definitif. Kan tidak mungkin bawa indikatif itu dirumuskan dalam dakwaan," kata Wakil Ketua KPK, Bambang Widjojanto di Jakarta, Senin (2/9).
Menyinggung 18 inisial nama anggota DPR di hasil audit BPK, menurut Bambang, nama-nama tersebut berguna bagi pengayaan informasi. Namun apakah ditindaklanjuti oleh penyidik KPK atau tidak, hal itu tergantung fokus penyidikan.
"Surat perintah penyidikan terhadap pengadaan barang proyek itu. Kita harus fokus dengan apa yang kita rumuskan. Kalau anda nulisnya bisa kemana-mana, kalau penyidik tidak boleh, harus fokus disitu," ujarnya.
