Jakarta (B2B) - Krisis ekonomi global dan kebijakan The Fed yang cenderung berubah-ubah membuat realisasi target investasi sebesar Rp506 triliun sulit dicapai.
Menteri Keuangan dan Kepala Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM) Chatib Basri mengatakan apabila rupiah terus mengalami pelemahan tahun depan secara otomatis berdampak pada kinerja investasi, karena harga barang impor semakin mahal.
"Meskipun begitu, belum ada rencana untuk merevisi target investasi yang jelas jalani saja dulu, jangan menyerah, asalkan kami terus mengeluarkan kebijakan kebijakan yang pro investasi maka kami yakin target bisa tercapai," kata Chatib Basri kepada pers di Jakarta, Senin (19/8).
Dia menambahkan, kebijakan yang terus dikeluarkan BKPM adalah menyederhanakan formulir perizinan, menurutnya kebijakan ini sudah berjalan dan terealisasi dengan baik.
Chatib menjelaskan sebelum kebijakan ini dibuat jumlah formulir perizinan yang harus diisi investor berjumlah 38 formulir sekarang jumlah formulir sudah jauh lebih sedikit yaitu 15 formulir.
" Mudah-mudahan saja kebijakan yang dikeluarkan dan telah berjalan bisa mendorong realisasi target investasi BKPM," ungkap Chatib Basri.
Sedangkan untuk target investasi tahun 2013 sebesar Rp 390 triliun, menurut Chatib, BKPM optimistis bisa tercapai karena realisasi investasi semester pertama sudah mencapai Rp192 triliun.
Menurutnya mengoptimalisasikan tracking system ke beberapa daerah bisa menggenjot target investasi tahun ini.

Minister of Finance and Head of the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) Chatib Basri said when the rupiah continued to experience weakness next year will automatically have an impact on investment performance, because prices imported goods is getting expensive.
"Even so, there are no plans to revise the target investment, but they should be implemented first, do not give up, as long as the pro-investment policies we issue, we believe the target can be reach," Chatib Basri told reporters in Jakarta, Monday (19/8).
He added, BKPM continues to simplify licensing, and this policy has been running and well realized.
Chatib explained before the policy is issued, the permit must be filled in by the investor reaches 38 form, but this time has been whittled down to 15 form.
"I hope the policy issued to run well and be able to encourage realization of BKPM investment targets," Chatib Basri said.
As for the investment targets in 2013 of Rp 390 trillion, according to Chatib, BKPM optimistic because realized investment achievable to reach Rp192 trillion in the first half.
He expects, optimizing tracking system to some areas may increase the realization of investment targets this year.
