Jakarta (B2B) - Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) kembali memeriksa Andi Zulkarnaen Mallarangeng, akrab dipanggil Choel, sebagai saksi dalam penyidikan kasus dugaan korupsi Proyek Hambalang di Jakarta, Kamis (18/7).
Adik dari mantan Menteri Pemuda dan Olahraga, Andi Alfian Mallarangeng menjalani pemeriksaan selama satu jam di gedung KPK, sebagai saksi terhadap tiga tersangka kasus Hambalang.
Dalam pemeriksaan Choel yang ketiga kalinya ini di KPK, dia membawa sejumlah dokumen dari Proyek Hambalang, tapi dia enggan mengungkap isi dokumen tersebut kepada wartawan yang menghampirinya usai pemeriksaan di KPK.
"Seperti biasa, pemeriksaan sebagai saksi untuk tiga tersangka kasus Hambalang," ungkap Choel kepada pers.
Selain Choel, KPK juga memanggil Kepala Bidang Pengkajian Dampak Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Bogor, Eran Subrana; Direktur Utama PT Cikaracak Kreasi Sejati, Didi Nurhadiman; Direktur Utama PT Mahkota Negara, Marisi Matondang; dan Direktur Utama PT Metaphora Solusi Global, Rizal Syarifuddin sebagai saksi.
Hingga kini, KPK belum menentukan status hukum untuk Choel, meski sebelumnya telah mengembalikan uang ke KPK senilai US$530 ribu. KPK mengaku tengah berkonsentrasi untuk menyelesaikan berkas pemeriksaan Andi Alifian Mallarangeng.

Besides Choel, KPK also summoned the Head of Environmental Impact Assessment Bogor Regency, Eran Subrana; President Director of PT Cikaracak Kreasi Sejati, Didi Nurhadiman; President Director of PT Mahkota Negara, Marisi Matondang, and President Director of PT Metaphora Solusi Global, Rizal Syarifuddin as a witness.

Until now, KPK has not yet determined the legal status for Choel, although previously had returned the money to KPK worth U.S. $530 thousand. KPK claimed was concentrating on completing the investigation Alifian Andi Mallarangeng.
