Jakarta (B2B) - Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) melansir tindak pidana korupsi paling banyak dilakukan anggota parlemen di Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (DPR) maupun Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD). Dari 45 orang yang ditetapkan tersangka, jabatan anggota dewan menempati urutan pertama sebanyak 16 orang menjadi tersangka.
Wakil Ketua KPK Busyro Muqoddas mengatakan, anggota parlemen terlibat dalam kasus suap cek pelawat, kasus Wisma Atlet, kasus suap dana Percepatan Pembangunan Infrastruktur Daerah (PPID), kasus suap Pekan Olahraga Nasional (PON) Riau, kasus suap Kementerian Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi (Kemnakertrans) dan kasus suap pengurusan anggaran Kementerian Pemuda dan Olahraga (Kemenpora) dan Kementerian Pendidikan Nasional (Kemdiknas).
"Kasus penindakan tahun 2011-2012, Wisma Atlet sementara ini melibatkan dua tersangka. Kasus suap cek pelawat melibatkan 27 anggota DPR, satu pelaku bisnis dan satu birokrat di Bank Indonesia Kemudian kasus lain misal Wa Ode Nurhayati," papar Busyro.
Menurut Busyro, banyaknya kasus korupsi dilakukan anggota dewan karena para elite parpol sering melakukan demoralisasi melalui abuse of power. Meski demikian, pihaknya masih percaya bahwa DPR masih bisa diperbaiki.
"Kami masih percaya DPR masih ada sinyal jelas memperbaiki dirinya mudah-mudahan bisa mengurangi," tandasnya.
Dalam catatan KPK, perkara tindak pidana korupsi berdasarkan tingkat jabatan tahun 2012 yakni anggota DPR dan DPRD 16 orang, pihak swasta 15 orang, PNS Eselon I, II dan III 7 orang, wali kota/bupati dan wakil 3 orang, hakim 2 orang dan lain-lain 2 orang.
