Jakarta (B2B) - Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) melarang Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) memakai mobil dinas untuk keperluan mudik Lebaran. KPK meminta masyarakat untuk segera melaporkan ke KPK apabila mengetahui ada PNS di lingkungannya yang menggunakan mobil dinas untuk mudik.
Wakil Ketua KPK, Busyro Muqoddas mengatakan larangan penggunaan mobil dinas untuk mudik telah dikirimkan oleh KPK kepada sejumlah kementerian dan lembaga negara menjelang Lebaran 1434 H/2013. Pasalnya, mobil dinas berfungsi untuk keperluan pelayanan masyarakat dan dilarang menggunakannya untuk kepentingan pribadi.
"Surat tersebut untuk menjaga marwah pejabat negara. Tidak mesti para pejabat negara, setiap orang kan memiliki marwah, tapi apabila menjadi PNS dan pejabat negara berarti marwahnya berbeda, sebagai abdi negara," kata Busyro kepada pers di Jakarta, Rabu (31/7).
Busyro menambahkan, penggunaan mobil dinas untuk keperluan pribadi termasuk mudik Lebaran sudah tidak tepat lagi saat ini. Apalagi jika PNS yang menggunakan mobil dinas memakai premium atau BBM bersubsidi dari uang negara.
"Tindakan tersebut termasuk korupsi atau abuse of power dan abuse of amanah," ungkap Busyro.
