Jakarta (B2B) - Daryono, sopir pribadi Ketua Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) nonaktif AM (Akil Mochtar) dianggap menjadi juru kunci semua kasus suap yang melibatkan AM. Namun sampai saat ini, Daryono tidak hadir dalam sidang yang diadakan Majelis Kehormatan Konstitusi (MKK).
"Saya tidak tahu kenapa tidak hadir, tapi ini agak konspiratif. Kalau kita pakai teori konspirasi sidang MKK itu terbuka. Kemudian, sopir itu sudah eksis sejak lama. Bahkan sejak 2010, bisa jadi dia punya banyak informasi," kata pakar Hukum Tata Negara, Refly Harun pada diskusi di Jakarta Pusat, Minggu (13/10).
Refly Harun yang juga Direktur Eksekutif Center of Democracy Election and Constitution (Correct) menambahkan, absennya Daryono dalam sidang MKK patut dicurigai. Pasalnya, kalau Daryono hadir di persidangan dan anggota MKK menekannya kemungkinan besar dia akan bercerita tentang perilaku buruk AM sejak 2010.
"Ada kasus di daerah Kalimantan. Saat itu fee-nya Rp 4 miliar dan baru dibayar Rp 2 miliar. Nah, sopir inilah yang diminta mengambil sisa uang suap," kata Refly Harun.
Dia menduga ada pihak-pihak tertentu di MK yang sengaja tidak ingin menghadirkan sopir Akil di sidang MKK, karena khawatir seluruh kebobrokan di MK terbongkar.
"Inilah kalau pakai analisis konspiratif bisa jadi diinginkan oleh kalangan MK biar dia tidak buka-bukaan ke publik," pungkas Refly.

Refly Harun who is also the Executive Director of the Center of Democracy and Constitution Election (Correct) added, absence Daryono in MKK trial suspicious. Because, if Daryono present at the hearing and MKK members pressed most likely he´ll tell you about the behavior of AM since 2010.
"There was a case at Kalimantan. Currently the fee is Rp 4 billion and just paid Rp 2 billion. Well, the driver is required to take the rest of bribery," Refly Harun said.
He suspects there are certain parties who deliberately reject the presence Daryono, Akil driver at court MKK, for fear the entire depravity at MK uncovered.
"This is that life can be so conspiratorial analysis it is the desire of certain circles at the Court that he would not openly to the public," Harun said.
