Jakarta (B2B) - Sekitar lima kantor kepolisian resort (Polres) dan kantor Sistem Administrasi Manunggal di bawah Satu Atap disingkat Samsat menjadi target Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) untuk melakukan pengecekan fisik alat simulator SIM. Keenam Polres tersebut adalah Depok, Serpong, Tangerang, Bekasi, Bogor dan kantor Samsat di wilayah Daan Mogot, Jakarta Barat.
"Tujuannya, untuk mendalami penyelidikan kasus dugaan korupsi proyek pengadaan simulator ujian Surat Ijin Mengemudi (SIM) di Korps Lalu Lintas (Korlantas) Markas Besar Kepolisian RI (Mabes Polri)," kata Juru Bicara KPK, Johan Budi kepada pers di gedung KPK, Jakarta, Selasa (18/12).
Menurut Johan, kegiatan tersebut bukan dalam rangka penggeledahan serta penyitaan pada alat-alat tersebut.
"Tidak akan ada yang disita, karena ini bukan penggeledahan. Dan perlu diketahui kegiatan kami ini didukung penuh oleh Polri," ungkap Johan.
