Jakarta (B2B) - Menteri Koordinator Kesejahteraan Rakyat, Agung Laksono mengatakan Bantuan Langsung Sementara Masyarakat (BLSM) akan dibagikan melalui kantor pos, sehingga warga yang berhak tidak perlu datang ke kantor-kantor kelurahan.
"Kantor pos akan mendistribusikannya kepada masyarakat," kata Agung di Hotel Sahid Jaya, Selasa (18/6).
Dia menambahkan, pemerintah siap untuk memulai penyaluran BLSM dalam waktu dekat. "Satu hari setelah (harga BBM) naik, kami akan menyalurkannya," kata Agung Laksono.
BLSM akan dibagikan kepada sekitar 15,5 juta keluarga, yang saat ini menjadi target dari beras untuk warga miskin (Raskin). "Mereka yang akan mendapatkan BLSM adalah orang-orang yang memegang kartu Raskin."
Sebelumnya, pemerintah mengumumkan akan menerapkan harga BBM baru pada tiga hari setelah rapat paripurna DPR. "Kami berharap bahwa kita dapat melakukannya segera agar anggaran dapat dialokasikan segera untuk sektor lain. Kami akan melakukannya beberapa hari kemudian," kata Wakil Menteri Keuangan Mahendra Siregar di Kompleks Parlemen Senayan, Senin.
Kemarin, rapat pleno di Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (DPR) mengesahkan RUU APBN-Perubahan (RAPBN-P). APBN-P baru tersebut mengurangi alokasi subsidi untuk bahan bakar minyak (BBM) setelah harga BBM jenis premium naik dari Rp4.500 menjadi Rp6.500 per liter.

"The post office will distribute it to the people," Agung said in Sahid Hotel on Tuesday, June 18, 2013.
He also said that the government was ready to launch the BLSM in near time. "One day after (the fuel price) increases, we will implement it." he said.
The BLSM will be distribute to around 15,5 million families, who are currently the targets of the rice for the poor (Raskin) program. "Those who will get BLSM are the ones who hold the Raskin cards."
Earlier, the government announced that they would implement the new fuel price three days after the plenary meeting. "We hope that we can do it soon so that the budget can be allocated for other sectors immediately. We will do it several days later," said Deputy Finance Minister Mahendra Siregar in the Senayan Parliamentary Complex on Monday.
Yesterday, the plenary meeting in the House of Representatives (DPR) legalized the 2013 draft of revised state budget (RAPBN-P). The new state budget allocates less subsidy for fuel, which increases the price of Premium fuel, from Rp 4,500 into Rp 6,500 per liter.
