Jakarta (B2B) - Pembangunan apartemen Pasadena Residence akan diperiksa peruntukan lahannya oleh Wakil Gubernur DKI Jakarta, Basuki Tjahja Purnama, akrab disapa Ahok, setelah
diprotes warga.
Pasalnya, lahan yang saat ini tengah dibangun apartemen mewah oleh pengembang PT Pulomas diklaim oleh warga sebagai lahan untuk ruang terbuka hijau (RTH).
"Saya akan cek dahulu. Itu belum tentu RTH. Cuma dikira RTH," kata Basuki di Balaikota, belum lama ini.
Menurut Basuki, seringkali masalah peruntukan lahan menjadi pemicu perseteruan antar warga ketika pembangunan RTH tidak ada.
"Dikira RTH, tapi ternyata bukan. Itu yang sering terjadi. Kalian mesti cek. Suruh bikin surat saja kita," ungkapnya.
Sekadar diketahui, puluhan warga dari Front Mayarakat Peduli Lingkungan (FMPL) Kayu Mas, Rabu (2/4), menggelar unjuk rasa menolak pembangunan apartemen Residence Pasadena oleh pengembang PT Pulomas Jaya.
Penolakan pembangunan kawasan komersil oleh PT Pulomas Jaya ini lantaran lokasi tersebut merupakan ruang terbuka hijau.
Mereka khawatir penyalahgunaan fungsi lahan akan membuat banjir makin parah saat hujan turun, seperti dilansir beritajakarta.com.
Jakarta (B2B) - Basuki Tjahja Purnama, Jakarta Deputy Governor revealed that he was promised to investigate the land designation protested by residents over the construction of Pasadena Residence apartment at Kayu Putih, Pulogadung, East Jakarta.
Residents claimed that the land was supposed to be used as the green open space (RTH), instead of apartment.
"It is not necessarily for RTH, but it was not in the reality. I`ll check the case later," said Basuki at City Hall, recently.
He assessed that sometimes the problem of the land designation can trigger a feud between people when there is no RTH construction.
"They thought the land is for RTH, but it`s not. This is often happen. You should check it out first. Just make a letter to us," he expressed.
As known, tens of citizens of Kayu Manis` Community Care Environment Front (FPML), Wednesday (4/2), staged a demonstration to reject the construction of Residence Pasadena Apartment by PT Pulomas Jaya.
They concerned the misuse of land use will lead to the worse flooding when rain pours.
Citizens also sealed the project location with a banner read 'All lands here for water reservoir.'
