Jakarta (B2B) - Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) DKI Jakarta akan menerapkan peraturan Jam Wajib Belajar pukul 19:00 - 21: 00 WIB mulai Oktober 2013 melalui uji coba di dua rukun warga (RW) di tiap wilayah DKI Jakarta.
Gubernur DKI Jakarta, Joko Widodo mengatakan
Jam Wajib Belajar akan berlaku di seluruh DKI Jakarta, tapi bukan ´jam malam´ yang berlaku mulai Oktober 2013.
"Sebagai percontohan, DKI akan menerapkan di sepuluh titik rukun tetangga di seluruh DKI Jakarta, saat ini sedang dalam persiapan sosialisasi melalui uji coba pada dua RW di tiap wilayah DKI Jakarta," kata Jokowi di kantornya, Rabu (25/9).
Menurut Jokowi, uji coba akan berlangsung di dua RW di tiap kotamadya di DKI Jakarta. Setelah uji coba selama tiga bulan, Pemprov DKI akan melakukan evaluasi.
"Saya sudah perintahkan dinas pendidikan dan walikota untuk melakukan sosialisasi dan uji coba, apabila efektif akan berlanjut ke seluruh DKI Jakarta," ungkap mantan Walikota Solo kepada pers di Jakarta.

Mandatory Study Hours will apply throughout Jakarta, but not a ´curfew´.
"As a pilot project, the city will implement a ten point neighborhoods throughout Jakarta, is currently in preparation for dissemination through the testing on two RW in each area of ��Jakarta," said Jokowi in his office, Wednesday (25/9).
According to Jokowi, the trial will take place in two RW in each municipality in Jakarta. After testing for three months, the city will conduct an evaluation.
"I have ordered the education office and the mayor´s to socialize and testing, if it will continue to effectively throughout Jakarta," the former Mayor of Solo told reporters in Jakarta.
