Jakarta (B2B) - Komisi X DPR mendorong digunakannya Hak Interpelasi atas kasus Hambalang di Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat. Langkah politik ini menguat setelah Badan Akuntabilitas Keuangan Negara (BAKN) DPR mengeluarkan rekomendasi penggunaan hak interpelasi terkait skandal korupsi Hambalang.
"Sudah dari awal kami usulkan interpelasi ini di internal Komisi X DPR. Namun, sedikit yang merespon," kata Anggota Komisi X DPR, Rohmani dari Fraksi Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS).
Rekomendasi BAKN, katanya lagi, Komisi X kian yakin bahwa skandal Hambalang harus diselesaikan secara politik dan hukum.
"Secara politik, pengeluaran anggaran Hambalang di luar tata kelola keuangan negara. Secara hukum, kita meminta KPK membuka kasus ini secara terang benderang," katanya.
Menurut dia, rekomendasi BAKN tentang interpelasi Hambalang merupakan keputusan semua fraksi di DPR. "Jadi, perlu diketahui bahwa BAKN DPR adalah representasi semua fraksi di DPR," katanya.
Oleh karena itu, kata dia, keputusan BAKN bukan sepihak oleh fraksi tertentu di DPR. "Semua fraksi ada wakilnya di BAKN," katanya.
Kepada pimpinan DPR, Rohmani berharap untuk segera tanggap terhadap dorongan dari Komisi X DPR selaku mitra Kemenpora dan rekomendasi BAKN.
Ia mengatakan komponen komisi dan rekomendasi BAKN sudah cukup alasan untuk menggunakan hak interpelasi terhadap skandal Hambalang.
Rohmani mengatakan pekan depan DPR sudah memulai masa persidangan, setelah reses, sehingga pihaknya akan menggulirkan opsi penggunaan hak interpelasi atas skandal korupsi Hambalang.
"Hal ini penting untuk memperjelas persoalan hukum, dan pelanggaran sistem dalam kasus Hambalang," katanya.

“We have recommended interpellation since the beginning to Commission X, but only few members respond to it,” said member of Commission X, Rohmani, from Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) faction.
Recommendation from the agency, he says again, strengthens the Commission that Hambalang scandal should be settled legally and politically.
“Politically, the expense of Hambalang budget is beyond the state financial management. Legally, we ask KPK (Corruption Eradication Commission) to open up the case,” he says.
He argues that the recommendation on interpellation for the case is the decision of all factions in the House. “Hence, it should be known that the agency is the representation of all factions in the House,” he says.
Thus, he says, the agency’s decision is not a unilateral decision from certain faction in the House. “All factions have representatives in the agency,” he says.
To the managerial staffs of DPR, he hopes that they soon respond to the urge from Commission X as the partner of Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs and the recommendation.
He states that the commission’s component and the recommendation are enough to use interpellation right on the scandal.
He adds that next week DPR will have started trial session after the recess, hence she will propose the use of interpellation for the case.
“This is important to clarify legal case and violation of system in the case,” he argues.
