Penajam Paser Utara, Kaltim [B2B] - Presiden RI Joko Widodo (Jokowi) meluncurkan Nusantara Logistics Hub and Services yang terletak di kawasan Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN), Penajam Paser Utara, Kalimantan Timur, Rabu (17/1).
"Saya menyambut baik peluncuran Nusantara Logistics Hub and Services yang merupakan kerja sama sinergi antara Pos Indonesia dengan PT Bina Karya (Persero) di Ibu Kota Nusantara," ujar Jokowi dalam sambutannya.
Jokowi meyakini, keberadaan Nusantara Logistics Hub and Services ini akan mendukung keberadaan IKN sebagai super hub. Selain itu, imbuh Presiden kehadiran perusahaan jasa logistik sangat dibutuhkan untuk menunjang berbagai aktivitas di IKN.
“Sejalan kalau kita lihat, padatnya kegiatan yang ada di sini dan semakin banyaknya aktivitas pergerakan orang, pergerakan barang, terutama ke IKN, dari dan ke IKN. Apalagi, menjelang penyiapan beroperasinya berbagai usaha, berbagai kantor-kantor yang ada di IKN,” ujarnya.
Lebih lanjut, Jokowi berharap Nusantara Logistics Hub and Services akan memperkuat rantai pasok domestik di tanah air.
“Saya berharap Nusantara Logistics Hub and Services akan berkontribusi secara signifikan, memicu penguatan rantai pasok domestik, tidak hanya di IKN tetapi di seluruh kawasan Indonesia, dan membuat biaya logistik semakin terjangkau, mempercepat dan mengefisienkan pergerakan logistik di seluruh kawasan Indonesia,” tandasnya.

"I welcome the launch of the Nusantara Logistics Hub and Services, which is a synergistic collaboration between Pos Indonesia and PT Bina Karya (Persero) in the capital city of the archipelago," said Jokowi in his speech.
Jokowi believes that the existence of the Nusantara Logistics Hub and Services will support the existence of IKN as a super hub. Apart from that, the President added that the presence of logistics service companies is very necessary to support various activities at IKN.
"In line with what we see, the density of activities here and the increasing number of people moving, goods moving, especially to IKN, to and from IKN. "Moreover, before the preparation for the operation of various businesses, various offices in IKN," he said.
Furthermore, Jokowi hopes that the Nusantara Logistics Hub and Services will strengthen the domestic supply chain in the country.
"I hope that Nusantara Logistics Hub and Services will contribute significantly, triggering the strengthening of the domestic supply chain, not only in IKN but throughout Indonesia, and making logistics costs more affordable, speeding up and making logistics movements more efficient throughout Indonesia," he said.
