Jakarta (B2B) - Rapat paripurna DPR menempuh mekanisme voting dalam pengambilan keputusan pengesahan RUU APBN Perubahan 2013 di Gedung DPR, Jakarta, Senin malam. RUU atas perubahan UU19/2012 tentang APBN 2013 akhirnya disetujui setelah melalui voting yang digelar dalam rapat paripurna DPR RI.
Ketua DPR RI Marzuki Alie yang memimpin rapat paripurna mengatakan dari hasil kesepakatan forum lobi antarpimpinan fraksi menyepakati pengambilan keputusan melalui voting.
Dalam voting yang dipimpin oleh Ketua DPR RI itu, lima fraksi menerima RUU APBNP 2013. Kelima fraksi tersebut adalah Fraksi Partai Demokrat (143 orang), Fraksi Partai Golkar (98 orang), Fraksi Partai Amanat Nasional/PAN (40 orang), Fraksi Partai Persatuan Pembangunan/PPP (34 orang), dan Fraksi Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa/PKB (23 orang).
Sedangkan empat fraksi yang menolak antara lain Fraksi Partai Demokrasi Indonesia - Perjuangan/PDIP (91 orang), Fraksi Partai Keadilan Sejahtera/PKS (51 orang), Fraksi Gerakan Indonesia Raya/Gerindra (25 orang), Fraksi Hati Nurani Rakyat/Hanura (14 orang).
"Jumlah yang menerima 338 orang anggota dan menolak 181 orang anggota. Maka rapat paripurna ini menyetujui RUU atas perubahan UU 19/2012 tentang APBN 2013 menjadi UU APBN Perubahan," kata Marzuki Alie.
Sesaat setelah mengesahkan UU APBN-Perubahan, terjadi aksi keributan di balkon yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa, untunglah keributan itu bisa diatasi oleh petugas keamanan.
