Jakarta (B2B) - Pemerintah berencana untuk mengumumkan kenaikan harga BBM bersubsidi, Jumat (June 21). Harga baru BBM akan efektif berlaku mulai Sabtu pukul 00:00 (22 Juni)
Direktur BBM pada Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi Badan Pengatur (BPH Migas), Djoko Siswanto mengatakan bahwa pengumuman akan dilakukan oleh Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral, Jero Wacik.
Djoko mengatakan bahwa setelah harga baru BBM ditetapkan, maka Bantuan Langsung Sementara Masyarakat (BLSM) dapat segera didistribusikan kepada masyarakat.
"Hari ini, sidang kabinet diselenggarakan, maka pada hari Jumat [BLSM tersebut] dapat ditransfer," katanya kepada wartawan di Jakarta, Kamis (20/6).
Vice President Corporate Communication Pertamina, Ali Mundakir, mengatakan Pertamina persediaan premium dan solar yang memadai. Selain mengamankan premium dan solar, Pertamina juga telah menyiapkan pasokan 10% di atas normal.
"Pertamina juga mengeluarkan kebijakan untuk memastikan bahwa terminal BBM dan pompa-pompa bensin dapat beroperasi lebih lama dari hari biasa - sampai 24 jam, untuk memastikan bahwa kebutuhan masyarakat terpenuhi," kata Ali.
Dalam APBN Perubahan 2013, pemerintah menaikkan harga premium dan solar masing-masing sebesar Rp2.000 per liter dan Rp1.000 per liter. Bensin premium akan dijual seharga Rp6, 500 per liter, sementara solar akan dijual seharga Rp5, 500 per liter.

Djoko Siswanto, Director of Fuel Oil at the Upstream Oil and Gas Regulatory Agency (BPH Migas), said that the announcement will be made by the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources.
Djoko said that once the new prices take effect the temporary direct aid (BLSM) can soon be distributed to the public.
"Today, the cabinet meeting is held, then on Friday [the BLSM] can be transferred," he told reporters on Thursday, June 20.
Vice President Corporate Communication Pertamina, Ali Mundakir said the company had made it has enough fuel stock. In addition to securing Premium gasoline and Solar diesel stocks, Pertamina had also set a daily thru-put increase of 10 percent above the normal amount.
"Pertamina also issued a policy to ensure that fuel terminals and gas stations can operate longer than normal days--up to 24 hours, to make sure that the public need is met," said Ali.
In the 2013 State Budget Changes, the government increased the prices of Premium gasoline and Solar diesel by Rp2,000 per liter and Rp1,000 per liter, respectively. Premium gasoline will be sold for Rp6,500 per liter while Solar diesel will be sold for Rp5,500 per liter.
