Jakarta (B2B) - Presiden Soesilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) kerap mengingatkan para menteri supaya konsisten dan fokus menyelesaikan program kerja di kabinet. Hal itu pernah diungkapkan dalam sidang kabinet pada akhir November 2012 (Selasa, 27 November). SBY secara tegas mengingatkan agar inisiatif-inisatif menteri tak mengganggu tugas pokok di kabinet.
Penegasan tersebut bukan sekadar imbauan atau tekanan politik, tapi dijadikan aturan yang tercantum dalam Pakta Integritas (PI) yang ditandatangani para menteri ketika diangkat pada 20 Oktober 2009. Di dalam PI tersebut, dinyatakan kesanggupan membagi waktu antara tugas memimpin partai politik dan bertanggung jawab di pemerintahan.
"Apabila dalam pelaksanaan tugasnya ternyata seorang harus fokus menjalankan tugas parpol, menteri sebaiknya mengundurkan diri dari kabinet."
Menyikapi hal itu, Koordinator Sinergi Masyarakat untuk Demokrasi Indonesia (Sigma) Said Salahudin menilai SBY mengingkari imbauan dan PI yang disusunnya sendiri untuk fokus pada kinerja pemerintahan menjelang akhir masa periode berkuasa dan hanya mementingkan Partai Demokrat.
"Dengan SBY menerima jabatan Ketua Umum dan Syarief Hasan (Menteri UKM dan Koperasi) menjadi Ketua Pelaksana Harian Partai Demokrat, dia sudah menunjukkan inkonsistensi sikap dan pernyataannya," kata Koordinator Sinergi Masyarakat untuk Demokrasi Indonesia Said Salahudin, Jakarta, Minggu (31/3).
"Kepada orang lain dia meminta fokus mengurus negara, tapi untuk kepentingan kelompoknya sendiri justru dia yang melanggar," tambahnya.
