Jakarta (B2B) - Partai politik seharusnya dikenal sebagai institusi yang mengusung ideologi dan idealisme bagi kesejahteraan rakyat. Namun saat ini, berkembang persepsi bahwa partai politik lebih dikenal sebagai institusi korup yang mengutamakan uang bagi rakyat maupun kader yang ingin menduduki jabatan di legislatif dan eksekutif.

Persepsi publik tersebut terangkum dari hasil survei Indonesia Network Elections Survey pada 18-30 Maret 2013 bertema, 'Survey Elektabilitas Parpol dan Capres Jelang Pemilu 2014.

"Ada 74,1 persen responden yang mengaku tertarik berpolitik dan mengenal partai politik ketika ada uang yang dibagi-bagi saat kampanye pemilihan legislatif, pemilihan kepala daerah hingga pemilihan presiden," kata irektur Eksekutif INES Sudrajat Sacawisastra, Minggu (7/4/2013).

Akibatnya, sebagian besar publik mengaku tidak tertarik untuk mengenal partai politik maupun mengetahui visi dan misi partai politik.

"Hanya 5,8 persen responden yang tertarik visi parpol, dan 10,4 persen tertarik programnya. Sementara yang mengenal iklan parpol cukup besar yaitu sekitar 9,7 persen. Selebihnya tidak peduli."
