Jakarta (B2B) - Menyambut Idul Fitri 1435 H, Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Administrasi Jakarta Timur meminta perusahaan di wilayahnya membayar tunjangan hari raya (THR) kepada pekerjanya sepekan sebelum hari raya Idul Fitri.
"Sesuai peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja tahun 1994 pasal 2, perusahaan wajib memberikan THR kepada pekerja dengan masa kerja 3 bulan atau lebih," ujar Crisnawati Sulistyaningrum, Kepala Suku Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi (Nakertrans) Jakarta Timur, Minggu (13/7).
Dikatakannya, pekerja yang masa kerja tiga bulan diberikan THR secara proporsional. Sedangkan pekerja yang telah mempunyai masa kerja 12 bulan secara terus menerus atau lebih diberikan THR sebesar satu bulan upah.
Pihaknya, kata Crisnawati, sudah memonitor sesuai surat edaran Dinas Nakertrans DKI Jakarta No 4262 tentang penyampaian surat edaran Menakertrans tentang monitoring THR keagamaan dan imbauan mudik Lebaran bersama.
"Kita sudah turunkan sebelas orang pengawas dan sepuluh orang mediator untuk menjangkau sebanyak 3.800 perusahaan yang ada di Jakarta Timur," katanya.
Namun, kata dia, jika ada perusahaan yang nakal, tidak memberikan THR kepada karyawannya atau tidak sesuai dengan perjanjian agar melaporkannya ke Sudin Nakertrans Jakarta Timur. "Jika ditemukan hal seperti itu, silakan lapor ke kita. Laporan yang masuk langsung kita tindaklanjuti," ungkapnya.

"In accordance with the Manpower Minister Regulation/1994 article 2, company is obligated to pay THR to employee or worker with working period of 3 months or more," Head of East Jakarta Manpower and Transmigration Sub-Department, Crisnawati Sulistyaningrum sain here on Sunday.
Crisnawati disclosed the employees who have working period of 3 months must get THR proportionally. While for those who have had working period of 12 months or more will be given THR amounting to salary in one month.
Her sub-department has done monitoring in accordance with circular letter of Jakarta Manpower and Transmigration Department No. 4262 on religious THR and Eid ul Fitr appeals.
"We've sent eleven men and ten mediators to monitor 3,800 companies in East Jakarta," she told.
If the companies are not paying THR, she stressed, they will be reported to East Jakarta Manpower and Transmigration Sub-Department. "If I found this case, I'll report and follow up it," she asserted.
