Jakarta (B2B) - Forum Indonesia untuk Transparansi Anggaran (Fitra) mendesak penghentian Ujian Nasional (UN) di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) dan Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) karena tidak bertujuan mencerdaskan siswa sekolah. Namun menjadi proyek untuk mendapatkan komisi di DPR maupun kementerian, karena prosedur tender tidak dilaksanakan secara transparan.
"Proyek penggandaan dan distribusi soal UN saban tahun bukan proyek buat mencerdaskan anak sekolah. Tapi cuma proyek mendapatkan duit, fee, di DPR maupun kementerian. Proyek ini layak dihentikan," kata Koordinator Divisi Investigasi dan Advokasi Fitra, Uchok Sky Khadafi kepada pers di gedung KPK Jakarta, Selasa (16/4).
Menurut Uchok, pemenang tender dalam proyek pengadaan soal UN adalah perusahaan yang menawarkan harga tinggi. Padahal, menurut dia, ada beberapa perusahaan yang menawarkan harga rendah dan kapasitas baik, tapi dikalahkan.
"Kita lihat setiap tahun ada pengaturan tender. Jadi di Kemendikbud tidak ada pemenang tender. Cuma ada pengaturan tender, pengaturan proyek, dan arisan proyek," jelasnya.

According to Uchok, the winning bidder in the procurement project about National Examination is a company offering a high price. In fact, according to him, there are several companies that offer low price and good capacity, but was defeated.
"We see every year there is a tender arrangement. So in the ministry of education no bid winner.Just tender arrangements, setting up the project, and gathering projects," he explained.
