Surabaya (B2B) - Para investor dan pasar berharap Gubernur DKI Jakarta Joko Widodo dapat memenangkan pemilu presiden tahun ini.
Managing Director, Senior Economist & Government Relations Head Standard Chartered Bank Indonesia Fauzi Ichsan mengatakan harapan pasar itu berdasarkan beberapa fakta.
Pertama, jajak pendapat selalu menempatkan Joko Widodo atau akrab disapa Jokowi sebagai kandidat kuat presiden. Bila itu terus terjadi sampai Pemilu 2014 maka diprediksi hanya satu kali putaran saat pemilihan.
"Satu putaran pemilihan membuat ketidakpastian politik berkurang. Pengusaha dan pasar perlu ukuran dan kepastian politik salah satunya," jelasnya seusai seminar edukasi keuangan Wealth on Wealth di Surabaya, Selasa (25/2) seperti dilansir bisnis.com.
Alasan kedua, lanjutnya, saat Jokowi diusung PDI Perjuangan sebagai presiden maka pada pemilihan umum legislatif suara partai terangkat. Dampaknya, porsi kursi partai berlambang banteng bermoncong putih di DPR bisa 30%.
"Berbekal kursi 30% maka koalisi tidak perlu banyak partai," tambahnya.
Adapun, alasan ketiga yakni cara kepemimpinan Jokowi menyelesaikan masalah bisa diadopsi secara nasional. Penanganan banjir, penataan Pasar Tanah Abang bisa diterima dan dianggap menyelesaikan masalah.
"Betul atau tidak yang dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan dinilai bisa menyelesaikan problem makro," urainya.
Fauzi menilai secara makro ekonomi Indonesia dipengaruhi ketidakpastian global terutama dampak rencana penghilangan stimulus ekonomi Amerika. Nah, bila kondisi global bisa dijawab dengan kepastian pemerintahan di tingkat regional maka pasar domestik lebih stabil.

First, any survey always places Jokowi as the most potential candidate for being the president. If the fact continues to happen up to the 2014 general election then the Governor would win over it only at one time of the election round.
“One cycle would reduce the political uncertainty. Businessmen and market need the standards which include political certainty,” he said after attending Wealth on Wealth financial education seminar in Surabaya, Tuesday (2/25).
The second fact, he said, when Jokowi was proposed by Indonesian Democratic Party –Struggle (PDI-P) as the president then the votes gained by the party would automatically increase on the legislative general election. As a result, the seats portion available for the party at the House of Representatives (DPR) could reach 30%.
“With the 30% shares of portion then there will be no many parties required for coalition,” he said.
Lastly, Jokowi’s leadership method in overcoming problems could be adopted nationally. The flood handling up to the rejuvenation of Tanah Abang market was acceptable and considered effective.
“No matter what, the solution given was considered could solve macro problems,” he said.
In his opinion, Indonesia’s macro economy is influenced by global uncertainty especially by the impact of removal plan on US economic stimulus. If the global condition could be responded with government certainty in regional then the domestic market could be more stable.
