Jakarta (B2B) - Pajak tinggi akan diberlakukan kepada para pemilik pulau pribadi di Kepulauan Seribu oleh Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta, besar pajak yang dikenakan sama seperti pajak tertinggi di daratan, karena selama ini pajak yang diterapkan sangat rendah.
Gubernur DKI Jakarta, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama mengatakan tidak mempersoalkan status kepemilikan pulau pribadi, tapi fokus pada penerapan pajak tertinggi seperti di daratan.
"Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan atau PBB maupun Nilai Jual Objek Pajak atau NJOP akan dikenakan paling mahal sama seperti di daratan," kata Basuki di Jakarta pada Senin (14/9).
Menurutnya, pajak terhadap pulau pribadi selama ini sama seperti PBB untuk kebun padahal nilai bangunan yang diperjualbelikan di Kepulauan Seribu nilainya melambung.
""Masa punya pulau bayar PBB-nya kebun. Kalau PBB dan NJOP-nya mahal, nilai tanah dijualnya juga mahal jadinya," kata Basuki yang akrab disapa Ahok.
PBB terhadap pulau pribadi akan sama seperti di Jl Teuku Umar di Menteng, Jakarta Pusat, sehingga hal itu juga akan berpengaruh pada Bea Perolehan Hak atas Tanah dan Bangunan (BPHTB).
"Vila yang dijual saja harganya bisa sampai Rp10 miliar, tapi PBB-nya masih gunakan hitungan PBB kebun," kata Ahok.

The tax applied is the same at Teuku Umar Street in Menteng of Central Jakarta. It will also affect to building acquisition fees.
"The price of villa that has been sold could reach 10 billion rupiahs, but the land and building tax is still using garden," he said.
