Jakarta (B2B) - Sekretaris Jenderal Partai Demokrat Edhie Baskoro Yudhoyono (Ibas) membantah pernyataan Yulianis, mantan Wakil Direktur Keuangan Grup Permai, perusahaan milik M Nazaruddin bahwa putra bungsu Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) tersebut menerima uang komisi dari Proyek Hambalang.
"Saya banyak diam bukan berarti tidak bisa bersuara dan menuntut keadilan atas upaya-upaya yang merusak nama baik saya," kata Ibas di Jakarta, Sabtu (16/3).
Sebelumnya diberitakan, Yulianis, sangat yakin bahwa Sekretaris Jenderal DPP Partai Demokrat, Edhie Baskoro Yudhoyono (Ibas) menerima uang US$200 ribu. Uang itu berasal dari kas perusahan milik mantan Bendahara Umum Partai Demokrat, M Nazaruddin.
"Terkait Ibas ya? Iya, dia terima 200 ribu dolar, saya yakin" ujar Yulianis seusai bersaksi di Pengadilan Tipikor, Jakarta (14/3).
Yulianis mengatakan uang dari Grup Permai ke anak bungsu Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono itu terkait Kongres PD di Bandung pada 2010. Namun Yulianis tidak mengetahui, penggunaan uang tersebut.
Ibas curiga ada kepentingan politik di balik tuduhan yang ditujukan kepadanya “Saya bertanya-tanya, ada kepentingan politik besar apa di balik isu-isu ini, yang menginginkan saya masuk dalam pusaran," tanyanya.
Ibas juga berharap media dapat objektif dan profesional menyikapi isu tersebut. "Saya menghargai kebebasan pers, tetapi kebebasan pers yang beretika dan berdasarkan kode etik jurnalistik, agar ke depan pers dapat menjaga profesionalitasnya,” katanya.

Previously reported, Yulianis, very confident that the Secretary-General of the Democrat Party, Edhie Baskoro Yudhoyono (Ibas) received U.S. $200 thousand. The money came from corporate cash belonging to former Democratic Party Treasurer, M Nazaruddin.
"Related Ibas ya? Yeah, he received 200 thousand dollars, I´m sure" said Yulianis, after testified at the Corruption Court in Jakarta (14/3).
Yulianis said money from Permai Group granted to the youngest son of President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono was related to PD Congress in Bandung in 2010. However Yulianis not know the use of the money.
Ibas suspect there are political interests behind the accusation against him "I was wondering, what was the political interests behind these issues, which I wanted in the vortex," he asked.
Ibas also hope the media can be objectively and professionally address this issue. "I appreciate the freedom of the press, but freedom of the press and on the basis of ethical code of conduct, so that the next the press may maintain professionalism," he said.
