Jakarta (B2B) - Ketua Dewan Syuro Partai Bulan Bintang (PBB) Yusril Ihza Mahendra, menuding Partai Golkar seharusnya tidak lolos verifikasi faktual ketat KPU karena kantor DPP Golkar di Slipi Jakarta itu merupakan aset negara.
“Setahu saya tanah dan bangunan di Slipi itu miliknya negara dan terdaftar sebagai asetnya Setneg. Kapan Golkar sewa menyewa ya,” ujar Yusril, Selasa (08/01/2013).
Yusril mempertanyakan kenapa KPU meloloskan Partai Golkar yang sudah jelas menggunakan aset negara untuk kepentingan politiknya.
“Kan ada pemberlakuan undang-undang perbendaharaan negara, dimana semua semua aset negara didaftarkan sebagai milik negara. Pertanyaannya, apa boleh negara menyewakan gedung ke partai politik?,” ujarnya.
