Bogor (B2B) - Democrat Party loses to other political parties in terms of image because the party does not have its own mass media. Yet the party will have one on its own at the right time.

“We must be honest that the party is unpopular in mass media. There are two kinds of competition, i.e. in terms of performance and image. So far, the party’s image is on the low,” said Chair of Democrat Party, Anas Urbaningrum, after the party’s anniversary celebration in Sentul, Bogor, on Saturday (15/12).

Anas argued that the party will have its own mass media at the right time. As for now, even though being unpopular, the party can still attract lots of people.

“Someday we will compete in mass media in good and typical ways, namely through data, facts, and factual exposition, not just rumors, but objective facts, factual ones, in order to be balanced,” said Anas.

“We know that we are unpopular in media, so we must intensify our performance. This is to ensure strong connection of political communication. The party is getting stronger and stronger,” he emphasized.
